Wish this thread could be locked until MT issue an update. Admin ?
I have it bookmarked but at the moment that feature of the forum is essentially useless with all the bickering. I value the forum's chasing of MT and analysis of MT updates but this thread has devolved into a protracted back and forth that has no value to forum users.

OK - I'm going to say it just one more time for those who either missed it first time or who are a bit slow on the uptake.
As advised by GSV3MIaC (a moderator and a guy with an awful lot of experience) this BB has a filter facility - read back and he even tells you exactly how to use it.
1. If you don't want to hear what I say then filter me - simples.
2. If you don't filter me don't just whine that you don't like what I say - because anything that cannot be proved, is factual, objective, empirical , evidenced an/or referenced that you respond to me with I will rip apart (metaphorically). A sound evidenced rationale will always get a professional response from me.
3. The amateur clowns will simply get the old fashioned type repost - which will make then look a total clown (not the look at me - how clever am I type).
4. There is no compulsion whatsoever upon anyone to respond to any of my posts - to do so is a choice you choose to make, or not.
Think that's about it - G &T time here.

1. If you block me - how do you know I'm being 'impertinent' (your Highness)? 2. If you're buying the amateur clowns the drinks - you better have plenty of shekels with you when you go to the bar - that's an awful lot of drinks!!

Hi MoneyThing SophieThing could I kindly ask for an update on this loan? we were told on 24/1/19 that "We have been advised by the borrower’s solicitor that the legals may now run into early February although they are still aiming for the end of this month" but I think that we can all agree that we are now firmly in the second half of February and that this loan is due to repay in less than one week having previously been extended twice if I remember correctly. |

I commend the efforts made by MoneyThing to keep lenders updated on this loan. It sets an example. It would be desirable to have the same standard for a few of the other large loans. |

MoneyThing, are things lined up for a Friday repayment? There has been no further update on the letter. The council met last Friday and meets again today.

Further to our last update, the Council met on Tuesday this week (12th), and they have confirmed that everything is in order with respect to the S106. The letter has been issued and is expected to be received within the week.
Due to the delay of the Council’s meeting, this loan is now expected to repay next week. We will let lenders know as soon as the date has been set between solicitors.'
