Hey, I've just had a great idea for a new P2P loan product. The borrower starts paying interest from the day before the loan is drawn down, but then the lenders all say: "oh, sorry man, can't let you have the cash we promised today, but maybe we can do half tomorrow and half the day after." Then, the lenders keep saying that for about a year!

No mention of the buyer in the latest update, just borrower looking to refinance.
Is this just another delaying tactic ?
If it is, Moneything should go for the jugular.
If so & it looks like there is enough to repay us in full & hit the borrower in the pocket, go for it.
If it is a delaying tactic, I would like to see it auctioned off, with a net surplus of say £2.75m after costs, enough to repay all lenders capital & interest, leaving the borrower with the loss of all the interest paid to date.
