Oh great...I deposited some yesterday and it's still not turned up  Seems so erratic I deposited about 30 minutes ago; bank online form said payment would be tomorrow but it was actually credited to my Lendy account almost immediately. Does your bank have " faster payments" at weekends, Pom? I believe they vary. Normally yes...I just phoned them as I've been out today to get them to trace the payment and it appears it was stuck in clearing needing some extra checks they reckon until 16:17 today  Will be interesting to see when SS credit it, not that I can be bothered to keep hitting F5

Finally got a response this afternoon saying "we still don't have it" so I repeated what I originally told them about the time it cleared requesting they check again, and sure enough a couple of hours later it's finally been credited (and I can now withdraw the cash from subsequent sales - hurrah!)

They have said it will be running in office hours and maybe weekends. My guess is 24x7 until it has a hiccup but there is no one around at weekends to restart it, hence the potential for not running then. Seems pretty stable currently though.

I pressed on this and got an answer that it was 24/7 about 1/2 hourly but as jonah says they may need to caveat that around when any fix might be possible.

Is anyone else having problems making a deposit? I made a deposit over 36 hours ago and it still hasn't cleared. Still waiting for a deposit from Saturday Long Easter weekend I guess? Maybe they turned the "Instant Deposit Method" off Or it'll happen once we are actually in banking hours maybe?

I did a transfer-in from Natwest late last night and my Lendy account was credited within a few minutes. Go figure!

Still waiting for mine from Saturday too (thats now both times I've done transfers since the new system)...but as I'm not the only one perhaps I'll hold fire a little longer before phoning my bank and asking them to trace it again
