I made a transfer to Lendy this morning. It had been credited when I checked 20mins later.

I made a transfer to Lendy this morning. It had been credited when I checked 20mins later. This seems to be the problem - either payments get processed relatively quickly or they seem to get lost. Took days for them to find my last one, and clearly the same's now happening again...

I'm wondering if my problem is because I sent the same amount the day before. I seem to remember duplicate transactions seem to get lost Is your scenario similar, or was your transaction a single unique transaction? Several e-mails to LY, and no response yet. I'm not even getting the "We have received your e-mail" auto reply  Made a deposit saturday afternoon , no problem

All getting a bit boring really....

Its the first time its happened to me now. Made deposit yesterday, perhaps stupidly the same amount as I deposited 4 days ago and now it hasnt been added to my funds. Frustrating! Sent email, got auto response and now waiting.

I sent a different amount from last time, a few hours ago, and still not loaded into my account.

All, there is an update on the Lendy website. support.lendy.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115002676009-Post-Bank-Holiday-update-on-transaction-processing. Our bank is still experiencing some issues which are impacting certain online banking transaction for their customers and clients of their corporate partners. We are working behind the scenes to manually process deposits, and have cleared most of the backlog however please expect some disruption today and into tomorrow. I'd like to apologise again for any inconvenience caused. |

Can you let us know what is going on, please... This is more than a backlog problem. Last night I was asked to provide bank deposit transaction details, and it's still not sorted. I don't think the bank are telling Lendy the full story.

The News Alerts looks useful, and have bookmarked it. I would suggest that you send an e-mail bulletin to reassure those unaware of this section Agreed and I've likewise bookmarked it. Paul64 - might be worthwhile getting the website guys to add a splash screen at first logon advising of a new News Alert when they are issued? Especially when you consider you have to be logged out to access this part of the site,on mobile anyway

I put a deposit this morning and it was cleared within 20mins. Strange that its a roller coaster of deposits, with some quick and some not so.
