In a previous existence, my colleagues & I used to rate for risk assessment purposes the underlying health of a business as directly and inversely related to the amount of expense spent in tarting up the HQ or websites. Doubtless that's not the case here.

Someone has kicked that Gin bloke off the home page.  He's been replaced by a bloke wistfully looking out to sea (when's my property money going to come home I assume he's thinking).  Someone has discovered the bold button and made the font a bit smaller all over the place (in Firefox although I assume other browsers may be affected).  Someone has shrunk the height of the Recent Loan Comments box so you can't see any and when you click on More Details a scroll bar appears so you can only see one comment at a time.  Someone doesn't know how to size a dropdown box - You are supposed to be able to read the default text without opening it. Still, nobody uses autosale anyway.  I dare say there's more, I'll look in the morning. J |

I agree its awful , you now find it is an awkward experience to remain informed about what is happening in the loans. This is a reduction in the transparency. I have seen it elsewhere , make it hard for people to know about it and the problem goes away - I am not impressed !

The "Recent Loan Comments" box is comically bad, like trying to read a newspaper through a letterbox. It's astonishing no-one at FC tests this stuff with a lender or two before releasing it. lonerifle, is there anything simple that can be done within FCViz to enlarge the "Recent Loan Comments" box again? |

totally agree - anybody know the mega-bank that went pectals-up after installing an indoor water fountain in its Scottish HQ (and buying an executive jet)-- Correct got it in one!
Absolutely no comparison here...
I wonder of all the many FC complaints how many were about the type of font- 100% ?

Recent Loans Comments box- exceptionally poor. 2 points, both of which are concerning: a) Web page not tested or b) Web page tested and approved
If it must be a scrolling window - make it bigger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just spoken to FC and they are aware of the problem with the Comments box on the Summary page. They are looking into it urgently and hoping to fix it ASAP.
