I have just spoken to FC and they are aware of the problem with the Comments box on the Summary page. They are looking into it urgently and hoping to fix it ASAP. So long as they are focussing on the important stuff, not fluffy stuff like the property loan book's health. Bah, humbug.... I have 427 loans with comments, some stretching over a page for one loan. Trying to read this in that tiny box is impossible. For me - fixing this is important. Not breaking it in the first place would have been better. The IT people breaking and fixing the website are not the ones who are looking after the "health" of the loans and therefore fixing these self-imposed problems on the website will not affect the property loan book's health.

They don't want you to see the loan comments and ask questions about them. Next the window will be zero height.

Me too and I hope that everyone has inconvenienced them with an email or two. I dont know why they would want to fix it though , it probably reduces their need for support staff.

The new 'symbol' appears to be some kind of deformed butterfly - gone are the intertwined arrows - what is the message here? The left half hints of a lower case F and the right half is a bit C like. I had to ask a mate who does graphic design and he said 'It's the sort of thing only a graphic designer with more style than substance would do.' J

This will be slightly different with other browsers and devices, but in Firefox on a computer: (1) Put mouse over the Comment area. (2) Right-click and choose "This Frame" -> "Open Frame in New Tab" from the contextual menu. (3) Now you have a fully-sized tab in the browser in which to peruse your defaults, downgrades, and tales of woe.

The homepage now has a lot less focus on investing, and much more focus on borrowing.

FC logo is now just an arrangement of four quadrants. Some familiar things stay the same. If you go to the pie chart on the summary page and place your cursor on the lower part of one of the green 'cheeks', then move swiftly back and forwards across to the other cheek and back, crossing the 'available funds' portion, then you can get the pie chart to grow bigger and bigger until it fills the available rectangle. It has always done that, and we hope it always will.

Ha, love it! Meanwhile, On the loan parts tab, I'd really much prefer it if we didn't have a Giant Loan Parts title with lots of big gaps at the expense of teeny tiny filter fields where we actually need to see what is written.

My Bids More detail
Recent Loan Comments More details ... with the "s", underlined, and not in bold
Sooooooooo annoying!

Anyone else use an iPad to manage their account?
I use a 64GB iPad Air 2 (iOS 10.3.3). So reasonably recent and with the latest iOS. Only part of the summary page displays – different parts of the page shows when I refresh. Sometimes I might get the top part of the page only as far down as the top half of the pie chart. Other times I get the bottom part but cannot scroll to the top. If I get the bottom part and tap on my loan comments - more details, I get the first 1.5 paragraphs of comments, no scroll bar for the rest. Great!
I’ve told FC, but does anyone on here have a workaround or a suggestion for a ‘settings’ change?
My only consolation is that the ‘Sell’ page is unaffected, so I can walk away from this mess if I need to.
FC's new policy..... "If it ain't broke, break it".

Ok, I’ve just found a really thin and invisible scroll bar on the far right of the summary page. If I press and slide this, I get to see everything on the page. So before today, I could scroll the summary page up and down by swiping any part of the page with my sausage-like fat fingers, now I need to be a concert pianist.
