It depends on what you mean by testing. Testing something like this manually can be tedious and prone to human error, so I would imagine that's the biggest source of issues. Ostensibly, one could use automated tests even for user interfaces, using tools like Selenium or PhantomJS, but those can be hard to get right, and assume that the dev is looking out for such things in the first place.
Either way, as you probably have observed, it does not take too long to spot the fault.

Someone has shrunk the height of the Recent Loan Comments box so you can't see any and when you click on More Details a scroll bar appears so you can only see one comment at a time. Technology being licensed at great expense from the makers of these no doubt! You've got new fonts, a new logo, what other improvements could FC possibly bring over the next few years?

I have just spoken to FC and they are aware of the problem with the Comments box on the Summary page. They are looking into it urgently and hoping to fix it ASAP. The problem with the Comments box appears to have been "fixed".

Not quite fixed.
After you've opened the comments and read the gory details, if you click Less Details the text shrinks as it is supposed to but the frame stays full size.
FC really really don't test anything.

Curiously enough, while I was trying to hackfix the problem, I stumbled across this: Basically, this is the comments page as a dump of JSON data. Picking through the dump reveals references to URLs starting with api.fundingcircle.com/api/v2/ . This might have been the new website that we were told they were working on a while ago, but that we have not heard much about lately. I don't remember the comments section ever making such references. Perhaps they are in the middle of overhauling the entire platform, so sit tight.

FC really really don't test anything. J Apart from lender's patience? Well, they've definitely done that today. Roll up, roll up, buy your slightly used parts today (not that I expect anyone on this forum to partake). J

Yes, but for a 25% discount I could make an exception. Like Mrc, I might be tempted back by a slightly leveller playing field .. I was never a big fan of 'lets rip off granny' (all the way back to the days of variable bidding rates .. I think having punters decide the rate was fairer/more fun, but then everyone should have got the same (highest) rate).
Whether ~7.5% with no PF stacks up against the competition will require some Deep Thought, if Google can spare it. And the 'long tail' for recoveries is an annoyance (more so as I get older) .. being able to sell the distressed loans, or even just give them away to charity, would make me happier.
