So only 3% of loan book on the SM shows that lenders are happy staying in unpopular loans? More likely, they're unhappy putting loans on sale for several weeks and not being paid interest.

I must admit was very impressed with Paul and Liam's performance. Must say though that did not learn much that I did not already know from the actual word content of the conversation. However picked up quite a lot from Liam's body language and his verbal tells. My guess is that he is probably a fairly lousy poker player or perhaps he was "sold out" following the Cowes adventure! Paul on the other hand did not seem to give much away in his non-verbal communication - perhaps he has had some training!!

Yes, I thought Liam and Paul were on top form - staying alert and focussed in the face of a grilling from a dynamic interviewer

I wonder why it has taken so long in edit/ polish/ spin before being released. As said by other viewers the video was shot before Cowes on the day following the bonus additions for late loans. Interesting in one sentence to name a borrower and the next to refuse for privacy purposes.

I hope he has more penetrating questions in part 2.

I don't think he'd of made much of a career in the Gestapo or KGB do you?

I wonder if Samuel is on this forum, looks like there could be a few candidates looking at the members list.

Not impressed at all! What is there to be impressed? Clearly I must have missed some fulcrum points like the very objective VRs, the sharing of the IMS reports, the robust and swift recovery of defaulted loans, the reduced rate of the latest loans followed by the ('oh wait! we don't have enough investors now willing to fund these tranches, so...!') cashback availability (in selected loans!), the constant changes to the SM according to their 'needs' and finally the 'bonus accrual stage' - seriously? If a VR is wrong right from the start and the property struggles to be sold (sometimes even in auction!), where is that bonus percentage coming from? Anyway, I'm sure further issues will be debated on part 2, so I'll keep an eye....

I would say Liam and Paul have different, but complimentary, skills.
My impression (which could be wrong) is that Liam has the confidence and entreprenerial flair to make things happen - but perhaps doesn't always think things through as much as he should. Whereas Paul is the more grounded and thoughtful of the pair, a moderating influence, and in a metaphorical sense walks behind Liam with a shovel.
I think Paul was a very good addition to the LY team and he brings a lot to the table, albeit in an understated way. I wouldn't downplay his importance. He has a reassuring manner.
In my opinion, a Liam needs a Paul and a Paul needs a Liam.
