But the FCA has decided there's no fraud to answer for?

Unless I have the wrong end of the stick (which is entirely possible!), supporters of PR mean Preferential voting?
Well, there is an even fairer (arguably) and more "accurate" system, and it's called Proportional voting. Google it.
Under the moste excellente educatione I received in Oz in my formative years, the Proportional System was thoroughly explained to us and even then (age 13 or so) it made an impact and total sense to me.
I also understand (and the knowledgeable on here will again correct me if I'm wrong) that designing a fair, reasonable, representative and accurate Voting System is nigh impossible, it's a challenge that mathematicians have been trying to come up with a solution since the dawn of democracy.

Won't happen, and never will happen. As we all know. Our entire system is broken and very, VERY few are interested in actually fixing it, not that it was ever perfect, but it has been rottening (my new Trumpism!) for decades now and there is some almighty $hit coming up on the horizon.......... As always, IMHO of course!

Thing is, none of us are laughing.
I certainly hope that one or more individuals are able to sleep soundly at night, and walk the streets without constantly scoping the terrain ahead and looking back over their shoulder ....................

Well this is incredibly informative and gives me real hope that this will soon be in pocket where it belongs. " Steps to make the guarantor are ongoing. The guarantor is continuing to frustrate the position" Yes, we don't pay enough to get a capital letter, all the words and a full stop. Well, when you can get a 16 yo intern to do an update, but charge for a Partner doing it? WHO is auditing all these P2P IP's? Errrr, that'll be nobody.Because they are all of " The Highest Professional Standards and Employing The Utmost Integrity At All Times."

Walnuts were best ever, now grey tree rats fat and getting fatter, walnuts disappearing. You may know grey tree rat as squirrel. but do they taste like chicken Bloody squirrels, extremely destructive little buggers. The greys came from America originally. Of course. I was rather pleased to find out that they are not protected (greys) and as long as despatched quickly and humanely it's allowed. Reluctant as I am, the days of my local "colony" are numbered.........

Mine 'disappeared' predictably and because the freepost address didn't give a postcode I was told I could send it proof of delivery. £15 lost. Not impressed. Yes, I thought the entire "system" was ill thought out and obviously wide open to, errrr, "mistakes." I too was fully expecting and resigned to my entire swag being lost and me subsequently being told to fornicate off, but lo and behold, I got my new barcoded replacement stamps last week. I guess you gotta have some luck, some of the time.

Buy a cheap water pic off Amazon and use Corsodil . Then you can scrap the hygenist and just see the dentist regularly to check all's well. Water Picks are The Business, once you have used one, you seriously wonder how you've ever managed to survive so far without one.

Let everyone on here, particularly The Apologists, now be under no misunderstandings whatsoever, and note very, very clearly, exactly what the FCA ultimately thinks of you, where the FCA thinks its responsibilities lie, and how the FCA subsequently "regulates" P2P and treats Lender Investors.
Rather a criminal shocker innit (to say the VERY least) for a Quasi-Government Body whose Raison De'tre is to "Protect Financial Consumers."
The saga does not end here.

For those who believe the criminalisation of assisted suicide / euthanasia is fundamentally wrong, if you are not aware of them then this org. Dignity in Dying could be of interest to you (to sign up to, to contribute, to assist with campaigning). My brother had a friend in the NL who was diagnosed with aggressive terminal cancer. They have recently been to her funeral after she chose euthanasia as it progressed, in discussion with her wife. The fact that it is so normalised over there is almost shocking - good shocking - to our ears. For those of reasonably advanced years, you will remember a very fortuitous scene in "Soylent Green".

I do hope I have the pleasure of bumping into one or more individuals on the street, I won't hesitate in giving them a Warm Aussie Welcome. Is that like a Glasgow kiss? I'm quite emotional, I wouldn't be able to resist showing my feelings.........

Did you know.... in order to play the role of an insane and mentally depressed person in the movie "Joker", Joaquin Phoenix invested £3000 in Collateral. I imagine he was normal and trusting when he invested, and that he became insane and mentally depressed after being shafted by Collateral, BDO and the FCA?

Members of the public who invested in the failed peer-to-peer lending company FundingSecure, who stand to lose millions of pounds as a result of lax business practices, have expressed “total, complete and utter ANGER” after the FCA conclude their 5-year-investigation – with no public action taken. As one investor tells us he has been “ absolutely destroyed” and “ completely ruined” by the collapse of the platform the mouseinthecourt asks whether is it simply easier for the FCA to sweep these issues under the rug?Read more here: Investors angry as FCA close investigationYes it is, which is exactly what and why they are doing it. "Protect Consumers" my arse, "Protect Ourselves" is what it actually IS, and always has been. Anyone on here close to an MP or someone on the Treasury Committee? If you are, please DO something about this criminal travesty cover up and burying. Two or more people simply MUST be prosecuted over Funding Secure.

"The Administrators are in the process of reviewing a pre-Administration matter pertinent to the distribution". Any clue on what this "matter" could possibly be? I recall there was some fiddling ( ie changes) to the Ts and Cs 9 months or so before the Administration, might be something to do with that? It was VERY sneakily done too, it was VERY easy not to notice and "Accept" by clicking a button without really knowing. With hindsight, a portent of what came to pass.
