Mogg's influence on the green energy sector will stick to haunt us in years to come. The man needs to move to Dublin where his business hides and take his lack of knowledge about his subject with him. That's a bit blunt. I don't think the Minister for the Ninteenth Century will take your advice. He might be safe in the Palace of Westminster and in the limo on the way back to his castle, but can you imagine him making an appearance in public on the streets of Dublin? People would die laughing. Actually, if he stood still in the Central Square and held out his top-hat, he might quickly make a sizeable amount to add to his already large Euro- fortune! Ohhhh so harsh, he is my MIL's MP .................. and she votes for him ......................... "because he is a good Catholic"

"because he is a good Catholic" Some might suggest that that's an oxymoron.

"because he is a good Catholic" I rather suspect that if a certain 2,000yo Palestinian turned up in North East Somerset tomorrow, some rather choice words would be had with Mr R-M. He's precisely the kind of staunch Christian that confirms my opinion of those who wave their religion around.

Coming back to an earlier point made. I see that Edwina Currie has been quoted thus:
Liz Truss is "charmless, graceless, brainless, and useless", a former Conservative minister has said.
Speaking on Tuesday Edwina Currie, an ex-health minister, said there was absolutely no way the prime minister would survive in office.
I doubt that Edwina can realistically be tagged as misogynistic.

Well why would they? I mean, everyone has had enough of experts haven't they? It would only have reinforced the 'treasury orthodoxy' view, and who on earth would want to hear that from several different angles? Pfft: Markets, what markets ?
