Well as I see it this bloke doubtless owes money to other people and I bet he has no money (on paper) - more wasted time and money over the preferred Trustee - for what to get nothing - this guarantor is not a creditor so I guess it all depends what is in the contract or to be blunt I think this will give loadsa money to the lawyers etc and damn all for us...
I may be wrong and hope I am buy time will tell

Have read this - this is totally bloody disgusting - well it shows which side the FCA are on - doubtless backhanders and favours all round...

wht a fascinating post - the FCA seem even more useless and incompetent whist FS more dishonest than I thought and that is no mean achievement!

Have seen on FB that this bloke is back with the same boat albeit different name
What the hell is going on here as I recall £1.2m loan and he offers to pay back £2K!
And now he is stating this is the fault of FS - goodness knows! not sure if I can post the link here but enter FSAG and you will find it

thanks - well this is interesting - cue legal beagles earning a fortune - can the claimant sue against a bankrupt company for his money back - guess it all depends on the agreement and the security taken - if this was my £500K I would not be holding my breath!

This is a joke !
Mr *arring clearly lives an interesting life with music, Chinese women, upmarket nightclubs ,dissolved companies etc!
Are we supposed to believe this rubbish - who the hell hands over £500K to a company without a legal document
unless it was something a bit "sensitive" - anybody wanting to put £500K into my business without said legal cover please send me a PM!
This is clearly tied into the Manchester land agreement and for whatever reason I don't think it was put on the FS loanbook?
As I see it if this creditor has no written evidence then he has no chance whatsoever of getting a penny back
I hope these dealings come to light and a criminal prosecution is bought should there be enough evidence
I need a metaphoric cat to kick!

This IPS doc is now available - had a quick look As mentioned prior they need another year - these clowns were bankrupt in Oct 2019 - 4 bloody years ago Apart from some work on the e-wallet I really can't see much progress or am I missing something? Some expenses seem high to me e.g. £21K consultancy - for what exactly ?
When I invested with these clowns I was at pre-retiement age at this rate I wonder if I will still be here when this mess is finally sorted out
Total bloody farce....

This is now down to £6.5m i.e reduced by £3.5m- I can see this falling to £2-3m - hasn't even got a kitchen!
Anybody interested the deposit is £650K and the mortgage £38K per month
Myself (in this business) and many others said it would be a disaster so how did FC get into this mess?
The mother of all c*ck-ups....amazing
Can't see how this bloke is going to prevent going bust (again?)

in my book they are grasping at straws here - bet this bloke has made plans for going bust and there will be no assets whatsoever to seize (doesn't mean he hasn't got any) - I think the chance of him releasing money to FS to prevent this are somewhat slim and about as likely as Dianne Abbot winning Mastermind

lastest "update" 2 points 1) however long has this been going on for ? Steps to enforce this started in 29/01/2021 if not before
2) this bloke is clearly experienced in paper-shuffling etc (know what I mean guv!) and I refuse to believe making him bankcrupt will realise a single penny on my loan the valuation was £4.5m and it was sold for 1.5m ? (from memory)
what a bloody shambles and that is being generous

"it was considered" - give me a break - it is not rocket science to get a property valuation and to estimate the liquidity!
I am confused about the relationship between the farmhouse and the cottages - whatever we have clearly been shafted here and this borrower is laughing at us...

interesting - not looking good for the Lendy valuation and claim is it! Maybe he had a good offer and didn't want to pay auction fees - not sure if fees are payable in this case
definitely one to follow...
