First time I've ever seen anyone manage eight consecutive posts on this forum. Given the apparent lack of interest from other forum members, perhaps you stub8535 should conduct your interrogation of Rebs in private, and just report back at the end? I sincerely hope he carries on crossposting into this forum. Some of what he types is of interest, at least to me! Those that don't want to read it can skip to the next topic.

I can't make out a single word. Anyone fancy knocking up a transcript for the benefit of us deaf people?

/mod hat off Why don't you email them, or ring them, and ask. Then you can tell us what the answer is. ReBS are not very good at answering these sort of questions via the forum, IME. Done that, more than once. Did you miss a fullstop after "questions"?

Still wondering which figure is correct...
INTEREST EARNINGS £xx940.30
Interest Earnings £ xx,003.82
...and why there is apparently a difference between these two figures given that they both claim to represent current position.
One also wonders how many other addition errors exist on the platform/website, to what extent these errors impact on our balances, and why it is seemingly acceptable to ignore these errors?

Thank you for bringing these faults to our attention, the tech team are working towards getting these fixed as we speak. Please continue to highlight any others you come across. Whilst I'm here I would like to introduce myself as one of two 'Investor Relations Coordinators' If you do have any feedback or questions feel free to email me directly at benjamin.goddard@rebuildingsociety.com Hi Ben I very much look forward to seeing more effective communications from you and the various teams within ReBS, and hopefully your appointment will play a part in regaining investor confidence in the platform. Although most of the web defects I highlighted are maybe trivial in isolation, I do feel quite strongly that websites should reinforce the professionalism that an entity utilises in its day to day operations. The ReBS website fails in that respect at present. The issues I listed above were found quite easily and quite quickly.

If I were you I'd ask them to look at South East and South West too, along with all other regional pages. And www.rebuildingsociety.com/borrow/success-fee/ which says "To see an example use the Instant Quote calculator on the right." The calculator is absent.

Is this for real? www.rebuildingsociety.com/regions/scotland/Jimmy Mc Smith is a commercial credit broker? ReBS have 37 borrowers in Scotland who between them have borrowed £0 At least the default figure is likely to be fairly accurate.

Quote from a current loan application...
Given the lack of viable security, and the absence of relevant accounts, I am amazed that this is a category B offer!

The text on the pop-up panel says - Bid is double the average bid
And I just found this on the website - Growing lender – Double your average bids on previous loans (if your average bid size is £20 and you make a single bid of £40, you get cashback on the £40 bid)
So you are right, however I still think the text is at best misleading as it appears to be offering an incentive which doesn't actually exist in the form the pop-up suggests.
On the same auction, Cleaners, there are NO bids awarded the incentive Quick Lender, which appears to mean that no bids were among the first 10 bids placed. Not quite sure how that works!

are still wrong by just a little over £60.
Dashboard figure for Interest Earnings is different to the Interest Earnings figure shown on the dropdown from Your Available Balance.
I first reported this over a year ago and have been told at least twice that it will be fixed. I forgot to ask when?

The bid incentive system is broken.
Take a look at the Cleaners that ended tonight.
£150 bid gets an incentive payment for being twice the average bid. As do a handful of £100 bids.
My bid of £1,000 doesn't get the incentive.
Is it 'cos my bid is MORE THAN twice the average bid? Or is it that the system is broken, again?
