I've been asking the same question for a long time now.
I have demonstrated the fault a number of times by buying when the website says "trading suspended".
Across a number of troublesome loans, "trading suspended" is a lie.

We refute we have been slow. Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay in this update reaching you.
Consistency lacking much? As an aside... it really is NEVER you at fault, is it?

Thanks shimself . We are aware of that one, but it's low priority to fix as I'm sure you'll appreciate, you'll want us, I'm presuming, to focus on developments that bring more secure loans to the platform, get current loans filled, improve SM liquidity, speed of site use etc. Actually I'd like to hear that you are in sufficient control of the software that you can fix silly things like this as they arise. eg MT, AC Totally agree with this point. If you can't get the basics right, such as the website claiming that ML trading is "suspended" when it is still possible to trade, then how much faith do you expect us to have in the rest of the system?

Thanks for the explanation.
Sounds like a good example of undue diligence so I'm not surprised the applicant pulled out!

Have you fixed the misleading "microloans suspended" issue yet? I flagged this issue last week and was told that "accounts" were looking into it. That'll be "No" then at a guess. <sigh>

And... The dropdown box on your homepage that shows interest earnings of £6359.56 still doesn't agree with the figure shown below, there is still a difference of £33.32 and I am still waiting for "support" to tell me why etc.

On the subject of broken website...
Have you fixed the misleading "microloans suspended" issue yet? I flagged this issue last week and was told that "accounts" were looking into it.
And why does the website still give me different "interest earnings" figures depending on how I view it? I tried asking this before and the question is still stuck in "support".

Anyone else feel the latest offer of providing interest free terms is laughable?
On principle alone, I'd much prefer to call in the loan even if it means I lose the capital!

It'd be useful to be able to view all available microloans in one long list (sortable as at present) rather than having to open each loan individually. And can I just echo the calls for speed enhancements. Please? All microloans used to be available in one long list, but that is incredibly slow to load. So the summary table was created. The alternative is to open up to 100 separate loans. In a race, my money would be on the long list

When there is no movement from one week to the next what would you like us to do? My original post was tongue-in-cheek but since you ask... Push harder so that there IS movement and something worth putting into an email. Simply churning out a batch of "No update" emails makes it look as if the loans have been forgotten. Rightly or wrongly it smacks of "lip service". Lenders need and deserve to know that you're making progress in recovering their money. And no, you probably can't win unless and until you get to grips with the defaults. Only then can you stop having to send weekly "update" emails, or "no update" emails. Someone tell me if I'm being unreasonable. Please?
