The wrong document was linked on the email. You can find the correct document on the website. I believe a subsequent email was sent with the correct document.

The NI number was sufficient when i logged in. Does anybody know by what right they are demanding the TIN or NI number? I invest with over a dozen financial institutions and I have never been asked for my NI number before.

It may be worth checking again. I had nothing circa 10am morning, but by this evening the withdrawn funds had arrived. I trequested the withdrawal last thursday so it has taken over a week.

No sign of my withdrawal either. It's clearly not FasterPAy. Good to know I am not the only one. But I guess its only been 2 working days for me at this point

Thanks Garfield, so we may need to wait 21 days before withdrawing funds ASAP; I misunderstood their intentions.

I noticed this morning that funds I had instructed to be withdrawn following Lendy's fall into administration have re-appeared as available funds on my account at Lendy. It's still not possible to withdraw the funds however despite RSM's urging to redraw funds from Lendy ASAP . Hopefully that step will be available soon.

Although I agree it is very confusing when they change the site with no notice and no instructions, at least the latest set of changes let me tweak rates on queued transactions easily - indeed more easily than prior to this latest iteration of changes. The only improvement I would now like is to see how much is queued in front of each offer. However if the cost of that was to make the system slower I would live without that change.

Hi Everyone, There have been many important points raised here. Rather than responding here, I’ve written a fulsome update (sorry it is quite long) and I have added it to the platform. Kind regards Sophie Thanks SophieThing this has gone a long way towards allaying my concerns.

That is annoying. I too will be out if you can no longer set your own rate easily. Would certainly make a mockery of the company’ name! Didn't stop Zopa!

I've been hoping for something like this for some time. Great move in my opinion as long as it's less interest for less risk. I totally agree. Right now there is a shortage of new loans, the failure of Lendy has had an unsettling effect, in fact I wonder if that is why rates on Ratesetter are rising this last week. If this rectifies Moneything's flow of new deals and allows greater diversification together with lower risk I am all for it.

Very old news. Zopa has had institutions buying their loans for years. Zopa claim there is no preference given to institutions over retail lenders. Thanks for that, I have also put the question to Zopa, as it's old news hopefully they can give me a comprehensive answer or at least re-affirm this.

Several of the updates for the last month for a variety of Loans state the Private portal has been updated. But I can find no evidence that it has been. Possibly they will be there tomorrow or is that wishful thinking.

I received a regular monthly update from Zopa today. I noticed they mentioned they had diversified their funding away from purely retail lenders. This may of course be old news. Does anyone know how their retail lending works with respect to these funds? In particular is there a risk of cherry picking with the retail lenders ending up with the crud the institutional lenders do not want?
If so I shall be exiting Zopa as I did with FC when they introduced the same changes a few years back.
