For me there has been a lack of sales from my gbb2 IFSA account in the last 3 days when I have a withdraw target set.
Is it the same for other people ??

I raised issues about the total amount in my MLA account with the Live Chat on May 10, I have had to chase for this three times and it still is not resolved. If the total amount in my MLA account is not accurate how can a accurate tax statement be produced. The live chat did not raise this issue with It until 25 may, Here I am on June 12 still not sorted. Being polite is not working , any suggestions ? If I go to reports and do a balance statement for my standard accounts the total figure has gone has wrong again so the fix that was done has not lasted very long. On further checking this fault also means that the total for the current promotion is incorrect as others have reported in another thread . Sorry for the repetition.

I take a balance statement every 4th Friday. This month is short. Checking balance statement on different days, between 23rd and 24th £125 went missing. Will raise with helpdesk.

Mine too, by nearly £1,000 which is the same amount that my eligible for 0.5% bonus interest figure is short.

Although I see no shortage in my account totals, the amount eligible for the 0.5% promotion fell through this week, by about 15%.
I don't think I've seen any of these promotions where the figures have been right (throughout) -- I just ignore the things now.
It won't influence me to put further money on the platform so it's a waste of time reporting it, only to be told "it's just for display purposes and everything is fine" etc.

The missing money on my Balance Statement between 21 and 22 August (I posted wrong dates before) has now been added back between 2 and 3 September. Looks like the summer bonus is now calculated to 4th September. Assetz did reply to my email to say it would be fixed today, and so it has. My total investment on the home page now matches yesterdays Balance Statement.

chris I've made 2 withdrawals in the last 24 hours and I haven't received a withdrawal notification email. Checked my preferences and that is correctly set. My concern is that the AC internal dept who deal with withdrawals may not have been notified. EDIT: Email notification received after 36 hours. Withdrawals received in normal timeframe.

Might be quicker just to contact Customer Service or quick chat. Then raise the issue if it is one.

Just got a bunch of emails including one for an invalid login attempt at 10:57 on Thursday so I guess there was a blockage that's now being cleared. I also received a bunch of emails just now!

Can someone feed the AC hamster please! It seems that the wheel has stopped turning. I've had no SM transactions on my accounts for more than a day now, despite it looking like I have many fillable orders. Perhaps one of AC's big cheeses could lend a hand  |

But I had the same problem last Monday/Tuesday. Problem eventually went away.

I got urged about 20 times in a row to get the idle money off the cash account and into an investment. "Did you know it could be earning?" All £0.001p of it, which is only there because there's no way to capture these stupid fractional pennies and INVEST or WITHDRAW them by joining them to other pennies.

You should change your settings to automatically "invest idle funds" from cash into your QAA Every nano penny counts!

You should change your settings to automatically "invest idle funds" from cash into your QAA Every nano penny counts! The nanopenny is from when I *did* have "invest to QAA" turned on. It doesn't seem to move them across. If I get some small payment into the cash account, I try and manually move it PLUS the nanopenny, and it won't let me. Tricks such as "round up to the next penny to get it" don't work. It's your typical "never mind the common sense, feel the accuracy of the 40 decimal places" situation  No wait, that's not typical anywhere but here!
