My dashboard is correct again with the correct amount elgable for the 0.5% bonus Yeap, mine looks correct again. Who knows if it will tomorrow though....

Just realised.... the bonus is only paid for interest recieved from the packaged account for 1 month. Starts 1st July after June interest addaed finishes 31st august before august interest is added. Can't complain anything is better than nothing.

Can't complain anything is better than nothing. 31st Aug is the last day to add extra funds. The bonus is paid until January.

Thats correct however interest recieved and not withdrawn is also increased investment so all the accrued interest for August will not be added because it is not paid until the ist of the month. Crafty

Has anybody else's "eligible" figure been less than it should be for the past few days? Hopefully they'll sort it out tomorrow. Yep, still £80 down today and last week. Have emailed AC. Really does not inspire confidence ....

In a couple of days, the 30 DAA interest will be due - but, of course, it will fall due *after* the bonus period ends, so at least it will still be clear if the missing dosh has appeared or not.

Have just spoken to some-one at Assetz Capital and have been told they are aware of the problem, that it is with the IT department, that is a display issue and that the underlying investments figures (at least for my accounts) are correct.

Have just spoken to some-one at Assetz Capital and have been told they are aware of the problem, that it is with the IT department, that is a display issue and that the underlying investments figures (at least for my accounts) are correct. Support have told me today that my account figures on the website are correct, but with no explanation attempted - yet I have a screenshot in front of me (and now emailed to AC) that quite clearly shows a current discrepancy of £67.76 (different to my earlier quoted approximation, as some more interest has been added since then). Now, what I don't want is to see yet another unexplained figure tomorrow and AC washing their hands of the earlier figure saying it's all right now, guv, trust us. Investors have been reporting this for some time and AC help desk are *still* (as of six hours ago) not acknowledging a fault. I can understand if the bonus figure were not updated, due to a process stalling - but reducing it in value is a different affair. Only a boilerplate email today, offering no explanation when IT appears to know there is a problem - really not good enough, chris not good enough. I'm always prepared to be patient if someone admits a problem and that a fix is in process - but denying a problem when I have stated clear evidence to the contrary gets irritating very quickly - and leads to a loss of investor confidence. I would have bunged in a few more £K (from all the terminated bling loans on MT) for the summer bonus *if* I'd have had an acceptable answer in time.

Mine has dropped to zero today, which, if past experience is any guide, is often a sign that they are recomputing amounts from scratch

The lady I spoke to clearly acknowledged the problem exists and is being dealt with, whereas the person you have been dealing with appears to have denied there is a problem. I find it concerning that we are getting different messages depending on who we speak to. Having the problem is bad enough but getting contradictory information is not good enough. Chris please can you confirm whether or not this problem is being fixed and also can you ensure your customer services team are informed so they ALL give the same message to anyone who makes contact with them.
