Mine has just gone up by almost £30, still nearly £40 below the peak of several weeks ago, however.

Qualification for the 0.5% Summer Bonus is now closed.
Trouble is... It's wrong.
Mine was really easy, I put £10k into Mrs Honda2ners newly opened ISA on the 29th of August, all accounts set to sweep to QAA so nothing ever uninvested but the bonus boost is less than £10k.
I've got an old IBM laptop running Linux I can let AC have for nothing if you want to upgrade things your end a bit. Let me know...

To the people with wrong figures. If you go to "Reports > Balance Statement" are they wrong as well? I've just run this for the start/end date and the difference matches the Assetz figure. Would assume this is how they calculate it.

Spot on. My balance statement is short by the same amount that my eligible figure is short, ie is £968.30. I've been assured by AC that although the figure's wrong the bonus interest will be calculated correctly.

Well, it's a new month, and I'm still £30 quid short of bonus from where I was on 15th August.
My reports-> balance statement page is now showing exactly £84 less than the 'total investment' on the home page today, so I am now even more confused.
Guess I'll leave it until tomorrow - to allow a full working day into the new month - and then try and get some sense out of AC support.

Guess I'll leave it until tomorrow - to allow a full working day into the new month - and then try and get some sense out of AC support. Same. Yesterday I exported all my loans, totaled them up. And it matched the front page figure. And my total at the top of home page was correct. The balance statement gives the wrong figure. Think Chris mentioned before the data comes from two different sources.

I have the same problem now and it also happened to me in May and it took live chat two weeks then to recognise there was a problem.

The missing money on my Balance Statement between 21 and 22 August has now been added back between 2 and 3 September. Looks like the summer bonus is now calculated to 4th September.
Assetz did reply to my email to say it would be fixed today, and so it has.
My total investment on the home page now matches yesterdays Balance Statement.

Is every bodies balance statement correct and are the amount for .5% now correct My Balance Statements on both Standard and ISA accounts now, correctly, match Total Investment figures. My Bonus Eligible Figure, however, is still down by around 15% from what it should be, presumably because Balance Statement figures for Aug 31st/Sept 1st are inaccurate, have not been retrospectively corrected.
My partners Bonus Eligible figure remains at zero, despite all interest earned having been retained.
EDIT:
"Qualification for the 0.5% Summer Bonus is now closed" now being displayed, and Eligible Bonus figures have been corrected.

My balance sheet for today is correct but it is still incorrect for 1 Sep to the tune of about £1,100. My eligible amount keeps changing. I have looked 4 times today and it has been wrong, right, wrong and now right again. I'm not counting any chickens yet but things seem to be nearly there.

I have looked 4 times today and it has been wrong, right, wrong and now right again. I'm not counting any chickens yet but things seem to be nearly there. Looks as if there is work still going on. While my Balace Statement for 1st Sept is still wrong, 31st Aug looks now to have been corrected, being approx 15% greater than the following days figure.
