I've just run this for the start/end date and the difference matches the Assetz figure. Would assume this is how they calculate it.

Meant to add this last week ... it seems/seemed to affect the total balance on the Property Account for me. All other accounts were correct on the balance statement, property was short vs dashboard figures. Dashboard was correct.

All seems to have been fixed now, and the bonus amount returned to correct levels.
