Looks like your server doesn't like IPv6 addresses: I should post to say this is now fixed, thanks.

Trying out EstateGuru as part of my diversification strategy. Adding this as the 4th p2p platform for me after Saving Stream, Mintos and Twino. My income and spending is in Euros.

hey guys,
from now on i will be monitoring this thread, so feel free to ask your questions or leave your feedback etc.
For now our platform does projects located in Estonia but we are working on our P2P license for UK and also working on starting new projects in Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.

Hi, thanks for info. Any release date for the sec. market and the new markets you mentioned above? (march, this summer,....? hey no date set for Secondary Market yet. it goes along with our other dev plans, but not a priority. new countries, however, are priority and we are actively working on those countries now. so, march/april most likely something will happen.

hey blahetal
the currency logic is still subject to pivot and change, but in short: if, for example, UK Borrower needs a loan in GBP, Lenders will have accounts in EUR or in GBP or in USD, and will be able to use their GBP account to invest into GBP project.

I wonder if statistics are available. I recently subscribed to the platform and made my first 50euros investment to test the platform. I would like to know the statistics please, especially delinquency rates, can´t find them. Thanks.

Hello, I suppose EstateGuru representative is reading this forum. There is a loan late with payment, I would expect some information from EstateGuru what's going on. They don't have so many loans to not to be able to take care of every one of it individually, they are not Mintos after all I asked their support but they didn't bother to answer. Quite a disappointment for me, I will have to reconsider if I am willing to invest more money there Piotr
