Anybody know what's happening here or even interested ? The p2pfinancenews article is just a ripoff of the only information I've seen on the web. Nothing on estateguru web site to welcome UK investors ? Do you just sign up and wade through all the european loans and wait for a UK loan ?
I emailed EstateGuru to ask whether they were accepting investor registrations from the UK.
That was answered in the affirmative, but it was added that EstateGuru only accepts payments in Euros.
Deposits can be made via SEPA payments or through Lemonway, Revolut, Paysera, and Wise multi-currency account.
I thought Estateguru would be worth a look but I'm still in the dark. Apparently they have opened an office in the UK, big deal, what does that mean, we get a UK loan next year ? I can't find any useful information. I certainly won't investing in the Baltics just at the moment where all the unfunded loans exist. I won't be paying ludicrous fees to convert to euros and back. SWIFT looks expensive, don't know about SEPA and I don't really fancy opening another account just for currency but maybe there is no choice.
