I have just noticed that although I'm on their "updates channel" (a WhatsApp thingy) I had notifications for it defaulted to 'off'. At least I think I did, the wording/display is a bit ambiguous - not the same as for a normal WA group. Anyway, whatever value it was it is now toggled to the opposite value. If I get a notification - not just an update - from it in future I guess I'll know.

I may well be missing something in the 'workings', but whilst I am having no issues knowing when the sessions are. Is it not inevitably less beneficial to do every session given my understanding is it is measured as a reduction over your previous 15 days usage if on at least a couple of those days you have deliberately used a minimal amount.
I have to confess not to have investigated the mechanics much.
