I'm sure everyone will be happy to see Epping on the AM (1420units) Might give this one a miss as I've got a few units in Ippy & they are effectively interlinked.

There was also a bit of Loan #35[Mod edit] paying 18%. I picked up a unit, and the rest was gone a few seconds after I bought my bit.

Aside from the special case of E-T****** today, I suspect what triggers a lot of AM sales is loans approaching drawdown where lenders have placed shadow bids and need to raise funds to cover those bids. When I checked today, it looked like there are four loans that might draw down in the coming week.

The other thing that happens is when there a good chunk of one loan that people want, it triggers them to sell other loans to buy that loan.

The other thing that happens is when there a good chunk of one loan that people want, it triggers them to sell other loans to buy that loan. I've wondered about doing that, but haven't been convinced it would work other than in the case of a newly drawn down loan where underwriters have released a large part of the loan onto the AM. In other cases, parts seem to disappear so quickly that I'd be afraid that by the time I sold the parts I offered the parts I wanted to buy would have been snapped up by someone else.

You need to wait for one of the bigger sellers. Like if someone sells 20k or something.

I wonder if it would be possible to barter under chris 's new system, Something like I'll give you £500 of Auction 30 If you give me £500 of Auction 35? All without a markup of course! Or it would that be a regulated trade?

As a rule of thumb, please disguise names on these boards. They may well be publicised on the appropriate P2P site, be freely available all over the internet, and be front page news in the Daily Star, but we poor unpaid and apparently paranoid moderators are not monitoring the world's media to find mitigating circumstances, so have to take the failsafe view. Keep calm and continue posting.
