I presume the same will happen for Anglesey when it is reorganised tomorrow. Thinking about it a bit more, I think Anglesey will be different, because it's already an extension. Since the extension is now overdue, units are unsaleable, so AI instructions are irrelevant. If all AC do is change the repayment date -- which now stands at 20/Jul -- to something in the future, these units will become saleable again but there may be no automatic de-activation of AI mandates. If that happens, anyone whose target holding is less than their current holding will have units put up for sale. So all Anglesey lenders probably ought to review their AI mandates -- NOW!! If it isn't obvious, chris, I think Anglesey AI mandates should be deactivated as part of the reorganisation. That would have been done as a matter of course, but I'm expecting the loan to be refinanced to make it clear there's been another extension.

It has been done that way, so there's no problem at all. Actually, I have to admit that the situation was not as I had thought because I had not remembered that the borrower had prepaid the first month's worth of default interest. My apologies for that.

Next payment was due yesterday, so I assume it's just automatically been pulled for being a day late, even though the scheduled date was a Saturday.

Also M******e W*** T***** (112) now on AM. I think I may wait until Friday and we know the result of the you-know-what before purchasing my normal slice. Not sure I want to increase my exposure in a foreign country without much greater understanding of the implications.

Yet more ippy seems to be bought& sold today! Eppy has disappeared again. There was I think about £2k was available earlier, some people obviously like the risk of the loan default (looks very likely) & take the chance on the increased default rate.
