As the most recent update says the borrower is looking for a 3m extension. I do hope that SS will update all the information available on the platform and then give current investors a facility to opt out of rollover, if they wish, rather than the only option being secondary market.
All the updates are not doom and gloom. It looks close to coming off if you investigate furter.
Still loads of ifs and buts plus missed deadlines etc.
Shame as this is a good thing that the company is trying to do.

Local newspaper reporting is quite negative, with the owner of R***** E***** going into hiding....
"We’ve heard from another credible party that R***** E* **** may not be able to go ahead with the scheme and that finance appears to be an issue"

This year's R***** E****** accounts made up to 31 December 2016, are now late. They were due by 30 June 2017.
Although for some reason, lots of small companies seem to be late in filing their annual reports. But I suppose it doesn't help if the company spokesman can't get hold of the CEO.....
Last year's annual accounts were entertaining reading, what with "random acts of arson" by "local youths" of material stored at the site just temporarily.

I haven't put a link in as the article names names etc. Happily I disposed of my token green credentials in a pre SS to Lendy transition clear out.

/mod hat off That comment was so good they were able to re-use it!! One would love to know what "the issues" (with PBL27) might be .. asbestos which failed to burn? Leaking nuclear waste barrels?? man-eating-triffid infestation??? Can oldgrumpy get a blimp-view that far South?? |

Guess we need the X-ray scan, from the fly-through drone. Looking at the Google Earth (?) pictures, it does scream 'fly-tipping toxic waste dump' at me, but hey, so do most of my local farm-yards.

Slightly odd as its still up for sale by the appointed receivers. Unfortunately as its receivers no reports to understand whats going on. Borrower now under CVL and SOA has assets as WIP with no realisations expected. Debenture has never been enforced against the other borrowing entity and accounts are late so no insight there
Model 1 loan so would only contribute to the general pot and not eligible for loss relief.
