This one is a new approach to me. I have just spotted this in the pipeline loans " Property Bridging Loan 027 £5,250,000 £2,940,000 56% 4 Land for power station" It's a stage 4 loan, but even so I don't think they've been given loan numbers in the pipeline for a long time. I'm assuming it's almost certain to go live. Still at this size we won't need to all rush at once  . |

I would put a wee bit more in myself, but I have a couple of stuck loan sales I'll have to wait to unravel. Looks like it'll still be there tomorrow though  .

You may have missed my earlier post, I was logged in when it went live with, as duncandive also said, 50% underwritten. I've only put in a small amount of recycled funds bearing in mind all those boats are about to slip their moorings. Looks to be a bit of a niche one this, I think it might take a while to fill.

It's not enticing enough for me to want to transfer some funds from the loan that I am relatively overweight in.
Trying to decide if I want to add any more funds to this platform at the moment or if I would do better to spread my risk and put it somewhere else.

Something to consider bloodycat is that this loan is for 12 months, so perhaps a nice place to stash a little and not have to worry about looking for a new place to put it for a year |

In order to fill this loan we are going to be offering everyone a variable BONUS RATE (payable on drawdown) dependent on the total size of your investments in this loan. Your personal bonus rate can be calculated as your total investment in PBL027 divided by 100,000 (capped at 3%, no minimum).
