Ooh, 15041 - E and £214,600. It was a C last time they had a loan.
Could this be the first that doesn't hit MBR? I reckon it'll be at MBR before the end of the day. Or by tomorrow at the latest. I tend to agree, although I suspect there is a significant possibility this one won't get drawn down. I wonder why the rating has gone from C to E, apart from the increased debt burden?

15041 closed early with marginal rate at 19.1% Is this the first E that closes above MBR? Will it drawdown?

If it's ended early, it will almost definately draw down. In the Q&A the borrower says the can afford/will service the debt at 18.2%. Missed out on this one

Only other reason could be if Fracking Convoluted found a 'mistake' in the details (or had one pointed out to them). I've got £20 at 18.9% in but think it'll be a quick sale after about 6 weeks. 15089 for £72 grand filled in 40 minutes but I steered clear as the maths didn't work out. Basically they wanted £70000 to buy some aluminium which they would then sell in 3 months for £82000. Their margin was 17% pa so they intend to repay after 3 months. Can see that one going pear shaped.

Well I don't get to see if I was right about it hitting MBR today then. There was 74% of it at MBR when it closed, it was going more slowly than I expected.
I assume we'll see about £50k of it on the secondary market at 18.2% or higher now?

I keep asking myself if I want to lend to anyone who can't borrow at less than 18.2% and I keep giving myself the answer of "no". Perhaps I'm too cautious!

I might mention not counting chickens before they hatch .. closed auctions have, on many occasions, re-opened when the borrower figured out (or was told) there was more mileage in it yet. I'm actually still in this one, so I'm hoping with the rest that it does stay closed and turn into a loan, but I won't be spending the profits just yet. 8>.

Hmm well from the borrower perspective, there's not much lower it can go, is there? On the other hand, I did notice that a few of us lenders appear to be potentially quite well-positioned, GSV. I just regret leaving a chunk at 18.2% though...

15041 seems to have disappeared from the Loan Requests already. Accepted or rejected?

15041 seems to have disappeared from the Loan Requests already. Accepted or rejected? "pre-agreement" so we don't know yet. It stopped with £1920 left in at 19.1% and a chunk of £23560 at 19.0%.

Yep, that one was one of only a couple (of Es) which actually behaved (somewhat) like a regular auction, with some point in not piling in at MBR at the get-go (which I stopped doing a week or so back). If enough of it hits the SM, it may trim the margin on other Es even further (if that is possible .. I notice quite a lot offering 18%, with 'top whack' last night at 18.1%, or on a couple of occasions, 18.6%).

I assume we'll see about £50k of it on the secondary market at 18.2% or higher now? Parts now available for purchase at 18.4 with a 1pc mark up

15122 filled in approx 2 minutes. Only for £10,540 but still.
So we've got 1 bot who bid £20 nearly twice per second and another who bid £40 nearly once per second. Between them taking up around 85% of the loan.
