For savingstream's benefit, the email incorrectly refers to it as PBL52.

Yep, I got 92%,then topped up from the SM
Mind you, I had set a "sensible" target as I didn't think it would be particularly over-subscribed.

28k went back on the SM almost immediately... Bagged my remaining 8.2%! [And managed to rebalance by selling some short-dated parts in other loans in about 2 minutes. The facility to offset your BACS deficit from Available Funds is brilliant]

[The facility to offset your BACS deficit from Available Funds is brilliant] How do you do that? As soon as your Available Funds balance is greater than your BACS deficit, you should see an option appear next to the BACS deficit figure to offset one against the other.

PBL 54 was slightly oversubscribed, so everyone got most of what they asked for (and can top up on the SM as some has become available) and SS filled the loan with a very orderly launch. So on this occasion the PF has been a resounding success on both sides. But this is a largish loan which wasn't over-enthusiastically received (the term 'swamp' had been used). The PF pot was just under £2m. What will the pot be like for smaller loans where there is much talk of over-bidding plus there will undoubtedly be more participants (who like myself sat out this one)? The farm is due to go live soon (according to earlier SS communication) and that will be a greater test of pre-funding. I guess a PF pot of more like £5m which would indicate around a 10% allocation. But we can all do the sums, so maybe pre-fund limits have been set even higher (is that right pepperpot?). 5%, 2%, 1%? Well at least we will have some fun finding out even if we do only get a tiny piece of the action.

I think it was me that christened it the swamp, and I don't have any of it. Good. Secondary market now very active, I presume to fund new newly purchased swamp?

For the first time ever I did not receive a sms or email regarding this loan. Have SS decided to stop this service now that pre-funding is operational I wonder?

For the first time ever I did not receive a sms or email regarding this loan. Strange. Chris Did you invest? I don't think SS send out general communication for loans that are fully pre-funded.

For the first time ever I did not receive a sms or email regarding this loan. Strange. Chris Did you have a PF target? They arent sending SMS or emails for loans that are fully or overscribed currently. You only get an email to inform you of your allocation.

For the first time ever I did not receive a sms or email regarding this loan. Strange. Chris I received an email entitled "New pre-fund investment" at 12.23, but there was no separate SMS or email about the loan being launched so I assume you'd only hear of it if you previously set a pre-funding target.
