In case anyone missed it, 17097 and 17187 both acquired 1% CB around 17:37pm tonight. Guess FC don't want to own more than they have to ..

Wasted on me, I can't buy anything until I sell something. But the sales have ground to a halt.
FC's levers seem to jam whichever way they pull them.
Bottom line is of course, since there's no way to squeeze any grease out of the borrowers now, all incentives to lenders end up being paid for by the lenders, one way or another.

(17233) has 3% CB as of around midnight.
Is that a first?

(17233) has 3% CB as of around midnight. Is that a first? In the year that I've been on FC, this is the first to be launched at 3%. 14736 was put up from 2% to 3% when it wasn't going to sell out (and even then it needed an e-mail to lenders from FC), and that's the only other 3%.

Thanks acky, I was sure I hadn't seen one before. No problem arbster, it read fine, and I now see it was in another thread I thought I had checked but hadn't (probably in all the excitement of seeing a 3%)

I can get used to 3% CB or more. And loans on the secondary market at 2.7% discount I imagine! FC will need to find some new levers.

I have withdrew a good part of my monies from FC, but currently I am experimenting with some ideas I heard about here to see if I can repurpose FC. If it works I might leave a small amount of working money other wise I will complete the fold down.

Another Fantastic Creation: 17304 - 12 month property loan, 10% + 2%CB. We're getting to new levels ... It didn't last long - filled in 129 minutes, in spite of the negative views in Q&As on the previous tranches. Either people think that 12%+ is a good deal, or they think the loan is flippable.
