Looks like I'm the Lunatic, always happy to oblige Steve, though have to say quickest 1.75% I have ever made on FC.

17439, Godalming has been moved to 2% CB Can't really see why it needed it with nearly 4 days remaining, including the weekend, but hey ho, worth a nibble. I blew most of my free cash the other day when some lunatic started jobbing off still-shiny (almost) £100 property parts at 4% discount Perhaps Frenetic Calculators have worked out they won't have enough Autobodge cash over the next few days to fill all these loans, so they need to attract more cash from us greedy guys and have chosen Godalming because it's the most urgent in terms of borrower requirement, bearing in mind there's a second tranche following immediately behind, so they want to make sure this loan can drawdown on Monday.

Spot on acky (my humble opinion)

Looks like Hendon 8 should have got the cashback. Everything else that's out of the 50% cap is filling up nicely. Godalming would have filled. Come Monday morning we could be back to only 1 unfilled auction. But clearly the poor biddybodgie is having trouble finding anybody who hasn't already got a piece of Hendon. Expect another call to the Emergency Rescue Flippers.

I wonder if the SM suddenly picking up a bit is pure Fluke and Coincidence, or if they're Fumbling Controls to try to free some Flip Cash?

Yes, I stand ready to put some cash in a decent 2% cash back loan (24 months is not decent). It is not just a matter of whether a loan will fill at the emerging standard of 1%, which most of them will. It is also a matter of the time taken to raise the initial funds required by the borrower - if for example this takes two tranches then the borrower may not wish to wait two weeks following the assessment, and FC may decide to give a cash back boost - as with Godalming.

Yesterday was a very bad day for my SM sales (only two worse days in the last month) and today is looking even worse so far!

Yesterday was a very bad day for my SM sales (only two worse days in the last month) and today is looking even worse so far! Sold nothing at par for 3 days and nothing at a premium for a week. If any money appears in my account, that'll be another one rejected by the borrower or paid off early.

Almost as many sales in the last three days as in the previous week and a half, at a quick glance.

I seem to be selling 1@par/week at the moment

I've sold plenty of old stuff in the last few days (dross or ordinary), fairly quickly, either at par (if they are below current fixed rates) or premium up to 1%, to bring them down to just below) current fixed rates, A, B and C band.

Ooh just sold a second one this weekend, although that was discounted sufficiently to be competitive with other parts on the market (just to see if it would then sell) so may have been a real person rather than autobodge

Spoke too soon - it won't go down to 1, because Challock is also struggling after 16 hours uncapped. 1% cashback was a bit optimistic, when there are mountains of Phase 1 on the SM at 0.9% discount (having been sold at 2% cashback).
