No cash back on Bristol 2 - suggests lean pickings this week if they think that will go through unaided.
EDIT - maybe it is ambiguous about CB not sure now.

The Bid page shows a 1% cashback banner even though the 'Loan requests' summary doesn't. They will have to honour the 1% given that it's on the Bid page (unless of course the auction non-auction succumbs to a "technical error"), but I'd be surprised if that was not the intention - after just filling £500k at 1% on this development, it does not seem likely that it would fill without any CB.

Fumbled Cashback have replied that Bristol 2 does carry 1% CB

18128 just listed: 100k, SME A+ 6% with no cash back. That's a first I think. Interesting to see if it fills, or needs CB aid.

When does this get credited back to my account?
Also, have pit a bid in on Peterborough 3 before CB added. Will I still qualify for it?

How do these Faltering Chimpanzee A+ property development loans offering 7% (after fee) + varying cashback, compare with AC loans in the same sector?
I ask, because some people are very critical, possibly unfairly, when AC "only" offer 9-10% for similar deals.
Opinions?
