17290 Property Tranche 2 2.0% Cashback Up now I'll venture a modest prediction that this one acquires 3%CB before it closes

17290 Property Tranche 2 2.0% Cashback Up now I'll venture a modest prediction that this one acquires 3%CB before it closes Could well be, although I recall upping London 6 from 2% to 3% didn't really have much effect - until Feeling Charitable sent out an e-mail to whip up support. And 3% on Henley 3 hasn't made it go very quickly - surprising!

I'll venture a modest prediction that this one acquires 3%CB before it closes If 17290 doesn't get its 3%CB upgrade today then Fudge Chunks are going to end up owning a fair bit of Harley Street. If it requires 3% cashback to get this tranche away then FC are still likely to end up owning a small, highly priced, bit of Harley Street. There's another £1.7m to come, so I doubt that they'd want to set a precedent with this tranche. (And with 3 days to run, it's probably not necessary to do the upgrade today.)

It's been filling quite steadily over the weekend, and with everything else at or very close to 100%, it'll literally be the only thing left finishing this week for anyone to bid on soon... I think they'll only need to up the CB if they've got a whole load more property loans to dump on the PM today/tomorrow.

I would not call the progress of this over the weekend as a steady flow.

Last night's Autobid run only fed in another £30k or so and the number of Autobiddies still uninvested in Harley St (either T1 or T2) must be fairly modest by now. If it's going to fill, it will need support from manual bidders for whom 8%+2CB over 24 months just doesn't cut it. You're probably right that they might another day before upping the CB, but I don't see it filling without it.

Where else do you suppose manual bidders are going to put their funds? Well mine is staying firmly in my pocket for the time being Actually, now that MT have confirmed they're planning to add Instant Returns later today to their 12%+1.5%CB bridging loan, it's heading MT-wards ...

I'd want at least 5% cash back for that one.

We are witnessing extreme measures to try to force-fund the unfundable.

I'd want at least 5% cash back for that one. You are so greeeeedy. I will join you. Not feeling tempted. Discounts no longer capped at 3%, so I could see me having to sell at 4.7% discount or be stuck for 2 years interest-only (equivalent to a normal 4 years) at an effective 10.5%. I'm greedier than that.
