My PBL065 loan part is now showing that it is one day old and shows interest earned, which it didn't a couple of hours ago. So maybe the time of purchase is the important time now, and the midnight interest gain a thing of the past?

Just checked mine - I have interest for the pre-funded part but not yet for the part I bought later on last night. I think you could be right about time of purchase now being important for calculating interest. Will that have an effect on lots of people selling just after midnight?

Maybe so, my allocated part of pbl65 has interest showing, but the small part of pbl65 I picked up later yesterday evening is still at zero, same as dawn. I'll have a look later to see if that gains it's interest before midnight.

I've just checked and that sold bit of my allocation has not received any interest, so it looks like the times of purchase/sale are key to parts bought and sold via the new website. The question now is - how will sold loan parts be treated which were bought before the new website?

My support email had: Hi xxxxxxxx,Yes our developers are currently modifying this, it should be a new day at midnight yes.I think they are running some kind of repair script that is scanning the database and fixing "days" and interest because one of my PBL065 purchases was fixed, then a couple of hours later, my second purchase was fixed. It's comforting to know they understand that the days change at midnight, but I'm dumbfounded that you needed to ask!

Another vote for adding the following to the My Loans page:
1) Total interested accrued to date - exactly how it was on the previous site.
2. Interest earned per month (or preferably in a searchable date range).
It's impossible to get a total figure of how much you're earning monthly / in total without adding up all of the individual loans parts which is very cumbersome.

For me, this is the fundamental thing missing. I want to be able to easily see the interest accrued since I purchased a loan and I want to easily see interest accrued on a monthly basis. From a personal perspective, the rest I can live with however I did prefer the simplicity of the old site.

Well, I've waited until after midnight to respond to this, and the loan parts I owned before the new website did roll over to an extra day and increased interest at midnight, but loan PLB065 did not - it's still showing 1 day and the same interest as it did before midnight. Plus - my PBL065 loan part sold at 00.45 yesterday (i.e. acquired on 18/11 and sold on 19/11, but held for less than 24 hours) is still showing zero interest. This suggests that the roll over IS being triggered by the purchase time as well as the date, and that all loan parts owned before the new web site have been given a time stamp of 00.00. Any other theories anyone? Also, PBL065 is still showing "364 days left". I'll be watching to see what happens to these figures at 17.43 today if nothing changes before then.

Mine aren't correct either.
Loan parts bought 19th show zero today (20th).
Sold loan parts of PBL065 show start 18th end 19th - zero days zero interest.
Loan parts bought 18th show 1 day and not 2. Plus only 1 day interest.
UPDATE: Email to SS and all corrected now.

Surely we can't have interest being added at anything other than midnight? For me, the beauty of SS is simplicity. Ok, it's probably just teething problems, but it bothers me to have to watch this like a hawk and it also bothers me to have to start doing calculations to work out accrued interest which I feel doubly pressured to do. It would be nice to have some comments from SS, though I would hope the silence is due to them beavering away to iron out the wrinkles.

Cashier tab question.
A couple of days ago, the UK withdrawal tab says "Please complete a deposit from a UK bank account in order to withdraw."
I already had a credit balance but made a notional £1 deposit to register my bank account with the system. This morning that deposit has shown up on my account but still the uk withdrawal tab says "Please complete a deposit from a UK bank account in order to withdraw."
Anyone else seeing this and is there a solution please?

No. My bank account is correctly recognised and I can input an amount to withdraw. There is also a submit button. I did not try to do a withdrawal at this time as I would like to invest the money I have. I suggest you email SS.

SS: re pipeline: How do we know that documents have been added? At first I thought that if the pictures were on the documents would be there, but then the Surrey loan was added with a picture but no documents. Perhaps the pipeline page needs some indication added as to this effect.
