No. My bank account is correctly recognised and I can input an amount to withdraw. There is also a submit button. I did not try to do a withdrawal at this time as I would like to invest the money I have. I suggest you email SS. Thanks Ablender - email sent LW

SS: re pipeline: How do we know that documents have been added? At first I thought that if the pictures were on the documents would be there, but then the Surrey loan was added with a picture but no documents. Perhaps the pipeline page needs some indication added as to this effect. Also, I can't find the stage of each pipeline loan on the new site, has this been lost - although it didn't work to well on the old site

Hi - Is anyone having problems with sale proceeds appearing as available funds?
I managed to buy some loan parts yesterday, but when I sold some chunks to rebalance they didn't come through. They were still showing as 0.0% sold. I emailed SS and after a few hours it was resolved and my available funds was back to zero, so didn't get put in jail last night for unpaid bills!
However, I decided to clear out all my shrapnel this morning (only about £90) and hold it as cash ready for the next pipeline loan. Same problem again and it still isn't sorted.
It's almost as if the old problem of proceeds being stuck because of negative balances is still there behind the scenes - surely not?
How quickly are others getting the funds showing as available? given that everything sells within 8 nano-seconds, I was expecting it to be almost instantaneous.

I had the same problem yesterday with a loan part sale. Had to email SS to sort it. I also noticed that the "Investor Activity" tab for the property showed that someone had bought it but it still showed as 0% sold in my selling loans page until SS fixed it.

Just been sorted
The SS Support response said "We are working on a permanent fix", so obviously some back office gremlins still to be exterminated.

Mine aren't correct either. Loan parts bought 19th show zero today (20th). Sold loan parts of PBL065 show start 18th end 19th - zero days zero interest. Loan parts bought 18th show 1 day and not 2. Plus only 1 day interest. UPDATE: Email to SS and all corrected now. All ours corrected now too without contacting SS, so it looks like they've got that glitch nailed.

Only just joined SS, never used the old site so 065 going live was my first chance to see some action with the new site. I have to say that it was very confusing. I kept hitting that green "invest" button and nothing was happening, I had no idea if I was buying stuff or not, no message, nothing, zippo! Then I did get a message that looked positive then an e-mail saying that I had managed to invest £0.00! I can understand that if there was a lot of demand then I was just being unlucky/slow, but could we have a message to that effect PLEASE. Then there were several chunks of £1000 coming up, I was entering £200 and the same happened, then the amount for sale increased and still I had nothing! Then there was £800, then £300 then £0. I was entering my £200 request time after time - nothing ! Er - what was going on? Then I did manage to pick up a few bits and bobs, but it was far too much of a jamboree, or arcade game for me. I was trying to invest money, not test my luck or speed. All in all very unimpressed. Oh really? That is not like you... Aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrr
..... please please please stop!

Virtually all the tables presented on the new website can be sorted by clicking on the heading of each column - great! However the live loan parts table, refuses to cooperate and worst of all the deafult ordering is the most recent loan part is at the bottom of the table not the top.
Can SS add this to the list of jobs to attend to please?
Apologies if this has been mentioned before but this thread is getting too unwieldy to trawl through each time to check for points raised.

Yes that is why I referred to live loan "parts" which only appears in your account. All other tables I found are sortable. LW

You have seen that rather enormous banner at the top of the screen, I take it Liz ? There isn't a banner visible, but worked out the button to press to get it to appear. Liz: May I ask which button you pressed to make the banner appear? And more importantly, can the same button be used to make the banner disappear? If so, that would be a very useful button as it would help the situation of the ridiculously spread out displays showing so little useful info on each screenful.

Just to be clear I access the site via my Android phone.
If you click on the banner the that says my name on the left and x available on the right, you can switch the one off that displays your balance, which I do keep off.

So about the new website, is it just a stuck message that 'All loans are fully funded' getting tedious........ All the upcoming new loans (yet to be launched) are on the Pipeline Loans page. Set your pre-funding targets there and you are guaranteed an allocation when they launch (although requests are likely to be scaled back on the smaller ones).
