On the old site against each loan on the pipeline table/tab an icon appeared when the valuation and loan particulars pdf was available. This worked well.
On the new site you need to click into each loan in turn to see if any documents exist yet. Very tedious. It would be great savingstream if the pdf icons could be added at the top level in the new site.

Well I've truly come to the realization that the new website is a complete failure so far. So disappointing, the old site actually was faster than the new one.

Agreed, new web site just can't cope with new loans being released and increased activity on the SM

Tried selling £10184 of a particular PBL and the input field wouldn't allow it. Kept on truncating my input, even though my holding was bigger. Data input problem. . .

I've sold some bits and bought some bits, but the process has struggled to cope. Totally stalled now on one attempted purchase from about five minutes ago, so my latest sale hasn't come to fruition yet. Didn't get much of the two care homes though  |

Agreed. I'm having same experience. At least you used to know very quickly whether you'd managed to get a part or not and could move on. Now you're just left in limbo with the spinny blue green wheel for ages.

I particularly love hate how it doesn't show how much I have invested in a loan when I click on it to invest. savingstream You should fire your web programmer, rookie mistake for the site not to be able to handle the traffic / requests. Even Facebook got this right. |

Have managed to see what I got in the new loans, made a couple of sales, but now it's all stalled. I have some stuff up for sale but I suspect no one can buy, I certainly can't! I'm going to give up and come back when it's quieter - hope SS honour their 48hrs.
