Quite horrendous ATM, unable to do anything. This needs to be sorted before SS starts losing lenders, and as for my £60.48 allotment from my £500 pre-funding request!

I'm usually quite forgiving but even I think this is pretty poor. These IT problems have gone on for so long and still remain unresolved. Time for SS to invest some cash in their website I think (and not just another pointless reskin).

Same. Took me a while to get website to load so I could log in.
Then ran terribly slow - but managed to get 3 loan parts up for sale to pay for my allocations in new ones - but what should have taken 2 minutes took about 15 minutes.
The I saw something for sale I wanted and went to buy it
Approx. 15 mins later and page still says "Processing your investment - We're currently processing your investment. This page will update automatically when your investment is processed. " And still the wheel is whirring and I don't know whether to shut the page down or leave it. So I'd guess people can't buy any loan parts at moment because the website is overloaded and has all but seized up.

I think everyone knows the picture now....
Perhaps time for a little patience and self-restraint, until something changes for the better?

I particularly love hate how it doesn't show how much I have invested in a loan when I click on it to invest. savingstream You should fire your web programmer, rookie mistake for the site not to be able to handle the traffic / requests. Even Facebook got this right. Don't shoot the messenger a.k.a don't fire the programmer! My guess is poor guy/gal (or more) have nothing to say regarding hardware purchase and architecture I was actually pretty impressed at the beginning. Got emails on sold loans, my Available Funds were updated in real time, loan parts was selling in no time on SM so I was able to diversify a bit more, managed to purchase few without problems. But then second user started to do the same and the site stopped working

Do you know what? That's why I love this forum, at least I know it's not just me.In just a few seconds I've gone from total frustration to "ah well, they'll sort it out eventually"

Totally unacceptable as is SS assertion that all web site redevelopments suffer these kind of teething problems. Looks like I'll be migrating more funds over to MT - that is when this wretched site actually allows me to do anything. The clock is running on my own 'processing investment' attempt. Goodness know whether it will go through or not.
Hopeless....

I would love to be a fly on the wall at SS right now. I absolutely love furiously hard work, I can sit and watch it for hours.......

Still can't buy nought - why did they bother downgrading their site from one that works to one that doesn't........oh yes, its prettier. ***, doesn't anyone test before going live any more?. I hope they don't manage website security in the same way.
Ok, that's vented some of my frustration.......deep breaths..

I can't STAND all this intolerence I'm sorry but I find your stance on intolerance (never mind the spelling ) COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and think you should transfer ALL of your intolerance to another platform.

it's quite refreshing watching the 'processing' symbol chasing it's own arse much better than the staid 'all loans are fully funded' graphic

it's quite refreshing watching the 'processing' symbol chasing it's own arse much better than the staid 'all loans are fully funded' graphic I find it mildly irritating. I notice it is not perfectly centred and the rotation wobbles. I hope it is not indicative of the other work done by the developers.
