In the Portfolio download the numbers are in text format so I have to convert them to number format (in OpenOffice). It would be helpful if numbers could be put in number format.

Another minor bug for y'all ..
I just had a purchase rejected for 'not enough funds', which was incorrect. It goes like this ..
I had £11.99 in my account .. I wanted to buy £12 on the SM, and the parts were being offered at 99.5%, with little/no accrued interest. The calculated today was actually £11.95, but despite that the system told me not enough cash (i.e. £11.95>£11.99). I can only assume the 'is there enough cash' check is being done before any allowance for premium/discount, or else maybe there is some rounding going on in different directions.
The system DID allow me to buy £11, leaving me the a £1.06 balance, after which it allowed me to buy another £1.

Working on it now - its a wordpress issue on the front page - we think some auto update has broken things. You can still access ablrate at platform.ablrate.com/NewUI/Home/Login.aspx-sorted ... it was an auto update - we have disabled this and will do it manaually |

Here's an interesting one. On loan 69 trading is restricted to 95-100% to prevent negative yields - and there are no offers because of this. But now there is a substantial bid at 100.1%. I have tried a nibble at this and have traded illicitly at 100.1%, and £1 between my own accounts at 101%. So you cannot make an offer above 100%, but you can make a bid above 100% and you can sell to that bid - no special limit. BTW the yield at 100.1% is 13.5% - hardly negative!

I'm getting more than a little irritated by the message which seems to irregularly appear when I try to purchase loans:
"NO amount could be traded. Reason: Errors: Error Code: BALANCE_NOT_AVAILABLE - > This transaction exceeds the current cash balance"
So the purchase stops dead, despite there being more than enough cash available to complete it.
This sort of system failure isn't acceptable as you never know whether a purchase - which may well be time sensitive - is going to go through. I've already raised this with ablrate - again - and will give them time to respond before deciding what to do next. I've a suspicion that I will be reducing my involvement if this isn't resolved.

Could you possibly please give your developers another prod to change the default "Records per page" view setting from 10 loans to at least 50 loans per page (ie. the middle option on the drop-down, not the smallest).
