ablrate , given that the much-trailed switch to a new UI still seems non-imminent, could you please ask your techies to address the longstanding request to add the "Borrower" column into the "Current Investments" loans list. It's already there in the "Secondary Market" loans list and it makes identifying which loan is which SO much easier (given there are multiple loans with the same name!). Thanks. PS. Could they also change the default "Records per page" display settings from 50 to 100, now that there are more than 50 loans? Thanks again.

It appears that any Comments are never approved - is this to hide the Ablrate Drawbacks ? We stopped using the comments section some time ago. Mainly because it is a nightmare to manage in a complaint fashion. It won't be there in the new ui. Some comments come in that are opinion which we cannot respond to without straying into the advice area. If we have the business respond directly there could also be issues, so while it is a nice feature it doesn't work very well as a tool. Customerservices@ and the enquiries page will get any questions into the system and answered by whomever is qualified to answer, if it is for the business we will ask them for their thoughts before any response.

We have been working on it in conjunction with the ASMX integration... part of the motivation to provide the new UI was to bring more data, so we have been looking at business intelligence systems to provide, hence a bit of a delay. We are, however, getting there on all aspects, ASMX and the new UI. I will ask for the above and see if they can add it quickly while we await the new ui.

ablrate, at present there does not appear to be any way to obtain a breakdown of total "Invested Funds" by loan. The only breakdown available is in respect of Self Select Loan Investments under Your Current Investments, but this excludes any balances held in portfolio loans. It seems that the only way to determine balances held in portfolio loans is by looking at each loan page separately in "Existing Loans" or performing a full reconciliation of all account movement from the account statement, both quite time consuming. Can portfolio loan balance be included in the breakdown provided under "Your Current Investments" so to provide a single list of loan balances that ties back to our total investment figure?

I use existing investments tab and sort on my holding to get a breakdown of my holdings However, I'd like some way of seeing a breakdown by borrower to get a feel for any diversification risks. LW

LW I can't see any sort function under the "existing investments" tab. Are you doing a manual sort? I just want a quick way to periodically print off a summary of my individual loan balances to support any creditor/investor claim in the event of platform failure and loss of data. I suppose a full record of account transactions could be used to reconstruct account balances from scratch, but it would be far easier to having a recent starting point.

ablrate, the "Total funds in this account" used to correctly state the total funds in the account, I.e. Total invested (including pending) + Cash Balance. I've checked 4 accounts and none of them are now correct. They are all in error by less than £1. Note that 3 of them do not have any funds on the Loan Exchange, so it's not that that's screwing the totals up.

Posting an issue on here and expecting us to pick it up will likely lead to a less optimal outcome in terms of timing.

I am aware of that, and do use CS for any personal or urgent issues. However, I would have thought it was to the benefit of both ABL and lenders for general issues to be handled here. The benefit to ABL in that they can address the issue once rather than having to deal with multiple CS contacts, and some issues or misunderstandings can be handled by the crowd, freeing up ABL`s time to concentrate on the loans. The benefit to lenders is that it saves most of us from needing to ask and makes us aware of issues earlier, and whether or not they are being dealt with. I certainly greatly appreciate being educated by postings of others.

Strangely given the thread title and the original poster an innocent passer by could easily mistake the thread as somewhere ablrate had invited queries about faults and there remedies.
