I'm having this exact problem with a £200 chunk of PBL142 that I listed for sale Showing as 0% sold, no PBL142 listed for sale, and it gives an error when I try to cancel the sale!  I have now raised this issue re PBL 088 no less than six times over the past two weeks (three by email, three by phone) but absolutely nothing has been done. I'm not even sure they fully understand the point I'm trying to make. savingstream, please sort it out.

I just tried to buy PBL142 - nothing available. I just tried to sell PBL142 - £649 on the queue. Something is fundamentally wrong savingstream / Paul64 .

The highly irritating sold but not credited and hidden queue issues first happened to me back in July 16 ...... other posts made it clear this was not 'news' even back then.....
Email exchanges with SS never got further than a 'thanks for making us aware / passed to tech / looking into it' position.
Further listings and sales seem sufficient to pass the problem to the next punter and kick the can a little further down the road.
Guess the underlying bug is still alive ....

This bug has been discussed many times before.
There is currently a hidden £649.00 for sale in PBL142 which cannot be sold and just gets passed on to the last person trying to sell.
There is no longer anything hidden for PBL088 so it would appear that SS have now fixed this loan.
Tim used to be able to fix these when emailed, but now that SS have expanded the emails might be handled by less experienced staff.
You can find how much is for sale but unsellable by comparing the figure reported on the available loans list with the queue that is reported when you offer a part for sale.

I had the same problem with PBL142 on the 13th. It was also fixed after sending an email. A reply said they were working on it. I have had the same problem again today (15th). It sold in seconds and I got an email acknowledgement that it had been put up for sale. My account remains unchanged with no sign of the incoming funds. They seem to be sorting it out manually as user problems arise though.
