Hmm. And both bits have now sold, no signs of any other bits for sale, wonder if that £72.83 unsellable still exists?

Yep, for PBL142 and PBL145 the limbo still exists. And I'm in both of them

Might this not be slowly moving from a raised eyebrow kind of thing to a bit of an embarrassment?

As someone mentioned above it's possible that the removal of INPL next Wednesday (1st March) will automatically sort out these issues. I certainly hope so, because given that SS seems uninterested in resolving the issue, our only hope would appear to be that the issue resolves itself . Any thoughts savingstream ? I suspect not ......

I've had a communication. On Feb 9th I had £49 stuck in the PBL088 queue so I sent support an email asking them to kick the box, and a couple of hours later it was sold. They have just (15 days later) confirmed that the part was sold. Fair doos, they were sorry about the delayed response.

So I have again just had the same problem with PBL 142, I'm actually confused as to whether SS are saying that it is fixed although it isn't, or are just ignoring the problem! Care to comment Paul64 savingstream ?

Care to comment Paul64 savingstream ? Both. Fixed for the individual with the problem. But by having someone else fill in the queue, so the underlying issue is still there.

There's also a small black hole on DFL003 This problem still exists. Queue says £24.69 ahead of a part I try to sell now, but nothing on the Available page.

Be careful asking questions about this issue, you may be requested to withdraw your funds and "go away"!

Be careful asking questions about this issue, you may be requested to withdraw your funds and "go away"! No, don't threaten to go to the FCA, it wasn't because of asking questions about this issue.
No one was requested to withdraw their funds and "go away," they were told if they weren't happy with the service then they are welcome to withdraw their money and invest elsewhere which is a common thing to say, otherwise known as "vote with your feet".
Admittedly it shouldn't be said by an employee of the site to a customer but assuming you are trying to be funny with this comment at least gets the facts right.
