Yeah I have had the same problem - funnily enough with the same loan - seems there's a phantom £300 or so which never sells - least that's my guess

Happened to me too a few days ago. I did report it to them but by the time they responded it had cleared. I recurring glitch...

I now have this problem with pbl142. A few days? I would hope once it reaches 0800 latest, that they will reply in a few minutes.

I also had the problem with PBL142, e-mailed, load part e-mail saying sold arrived shortly after. Gone back in and mine has been resolved, loan part shows as sold, and no longer in the selling loans parts.

Ditto for PBL073. Just messaged via the contact form with a polite rebuke about getting the tech sorted or losing our confidence, let's see what happens.

Took 3 weeks for them to sort mine. Hmm. So any views on what SS might do if I'm trying to sell a loanpart to resolve a negative balance but nobody can buy it as it's not listed?

Yes - thats why I was selling mine - I better not get penalised and then they sell one of my other loans... I used the contact form and also rang them up and they raised a ticket for their tech team. I'm not sure this is something that can be easily fixed though...

I think most of the time it only gets fixed because someone else inevitably puts some more on sale and fixes it for you by inheriting the problem. Best you seem to get from support a day or so later saying "it's fixed now" Err yeah I know that thanks... There doesn't seem to be any sign of the real underlying issue getting permanently fixed

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I have a theory that SS sometimes display SM loans on the withdrawal page that aren't on the Available Loan section to tempt you into keeping your money invested. Maybe they reserve a certain number of "good" loan parts for this purpose.

My PBL073 has now been listed, not sure whether my email to them did the trick or they fixed a bug. HANDY TIP: if you see the same problem and have 0risk 's 'filter loans' script installed make sure you pause it when checking if your sale is listed. Quite a few negative-days or short-term loans can disappear when it's running depending on your settings.

I'm having this exact problem with a £200 chunk of PBL142 that I listed for sale Showing as 0% sold, no PBL142 listed for sale, and it gives an error when I try to cancel the sale!
