vic , it was very quickly apparent that, despite obvious general sympathy with your situation, some fellow members were less than enamoured by your ‘style’. Sarcasm aimed at those who seek to help will never be popular. Indeed those do seek to help: "Great, sorted then. Will you promise to leave the LY forum at the same time?" and "That's right Vic, I demand you live in one country. Preferably a different one to the one I'm in". Had you paid attention to my messages, you'd have noticed that I reply with sarcasm to above and similar. Normal/adequate comment=normal/polite reply - go read the whole thread. Sarcasm was never aimed at those who genuinely seek to help in this thread. Followed the whole thread from your very first post. Even when advised, with evidence, that neither you nor your money were the object of nefarious financial malpractice, you appeared to maintain a belief that all your problems were of the platform’s making. It soon became apparent that this failure to 'get it' was beginning to grate. I agree, not all the resultant comments remained ’helpful’, but can well understand why attitudes ’hardened’. The failure to understand what was happening yesterday, and why, might possibly be attributed to the heat of the (extended) moment, but to continue today……, well, ’nuff said! You chose, ISTM, to ignore the old maxim, that first impressions count, but I get the impression that this will be of no consequence to you.

Yes, first impression counts, that is why r1200gs does not have second chance here. I don't want to continue today - but despite promising to leave long ago, he continues here, hence it continues.
