Thanks, I am a bit dyslexic when it comes to a line of zeros.

Strange, my email showed £3,080 in the subject line when I had a single £5,000 loan part. At least I got repaid the £5,000.

PS is Lily an 8 year old? The article is full of errors. Don't know how to use commas, any time is anytime. Actually Lily is 21 Edinburgh University Student. If you are going to criticise errors, you might get called out on your own mistakes. I make no claims to grammar, spelling or punctuation expertise, but the two sentences above tickled my funny bone. If we are going down that route, I would suggest it may have been four sentences. Smiley, smiley.

I do find it convenient that the valuation instruction shows the loan amount of £2,677,500 which turned out to be exactly 70% of what the valuation report concluded was the value. A nice round number.

Still waiting for them to explain the deduction from my balance at the end of March in a reasonable way. Support ticket still open and idle for 8 days now.

I note that Para 1.7 of the standard Lendy letter of instruction to valuers states: However, Lendy's general update to investors email dated 28/4/17, under the section 'The five-step DD process' states: Aren't these statements contradictory? If so, could it be because they are encouraging valuers to err on the side of caution? *Bold font in quotes is added by me.The spin is that one statement is referring to DD on the property and the other is referring to DD on the applicant. Therefore the statements are not contradictory. (If I could understand smileys, I would obviously use one here).

I'd prefer it if the ongoing issues with March's interest were resolved before looking at a more complicated system. Get the simple system working correctly first.

The point is that it is not vacant and will not be until the existing lease expires in 2023, therefore the lower valuation of £190,000 should be used

Check you got interest on that loan part on 31/3/16. That was the transaction that went missing on my account and was subsequently reinstated. if not it must be another transaction that got deleted. It may take some work to find it. Start by looking when the negative balance first appears in your transactions. In my case my balance was at Zero on 1st Apr this year, before the negative balance appeared.

I bought £140 in Oct 2016 and still hold it. I'd be happier if Lendy said - you're right, there is an error we are investigating it.

Negative balance. Support just go round in circles. No non 12% in March. Blamed on 11% error, told them not. Blamed it on my purchase of loan parts, i demonstrated it was not. Blamed it on 11% error again. Doh!
