Given the appalling history of these two Loans, let alone the ludicrous "forbearance", WHY on earth have the Administrators taken SO long to act?

Anyone know what the Time Limit is to get your Complaint about FS into the FCA by? I have looked at their website and it's all Greek to me. Apologies to all Greek FS Investors.  |

FS said in the loan it had planning but it didn't as indicated in the valuation document. The security increased from 550k to 700k between feb 2017 and jun 2018 before this security was split from another large house in bristol and before the loan was renewed.
I don't know if it will make 450k to repay our capital but it will certainly go for a lot more than 160k unless a bombshell has been discovered since the last valuation.
Somebody removed my original longer post, if you're going to act like god at least have the balls to notify why ?
Still, nothing to prosecute Luxmore and Our Nige over then?

I'm sure, undoubtedly, when it's all very convenient and suits him.
Those who have suffered massive losses, through no fault of their own and only because of the FCA's gross incompetence under his stewardship have simply been "unfortunate."

Newman made a complete and utter mammary of herself, going in aggressively and needlessly "hard" right from the off. Peterson quietly and very politely demolished her with a nuanced performance, comprehensively exposing her for what she is.
To think she thought she could take on a Professor of Psychology from the University of Toronto and "win" is delusional; she also very quickly changed the subject so many times when she was "losing" that I lost count.

This is a red herring. For someone to be prosecuted in the USA they would have to be extradited. And for extradition, the bulk of any alleged 'fraud' (or indeed any other crimes) would need to have been carried out in the USA. The nationality of the person is irrelevant here - and we should not encourage or hope for judicial overreach. Correct and for anybody anywhere to be prosecuted there has to be an actual crime and not just a lower return than predicted.Give us all a break Godanubis, just for ONCE.One instance, and our favourite FS Chestnut, what do you call it if someone states they definitely saw something, when it is proven it wasn't ever there, to induce more investment?

Fair enough.
We should still leave no stone unturned though, and explore ALL possibilities [EDIT] ..........for prosecutions.
I don't think anyone on here wants to see any Perpetrators wandering off, scot free, with our money, and laughing.

I LOATHE Political Correctness, and I KNOW there's an army of us out there. Whatever happened to the simple use and application of Common Sense? PS / EDIT: WOW, I have just watched the Peterson / Newman "Interview". She's clearly a Rabid Feminist Rottweiler who consistently fails and refuses to listen (let alone comprehend) what he's saying, constantly putting (her) words in his mouth. Yep, spot on, I gave FS The Swerve because of, among a few other indicators, a quick desktop check with Rightmove/Zoopla/Land Registry invariably gave you the REAL valuations, with an accuracy of plus or minus 10%.
Intriguing, isn't it, how many of the RICS "Professional" Valuations were/are worth Jack Schitt.
There was undoubtedly and categorically a lot of chicanery around FS' Loans, and we all have our own notions about "who" indulged in the chicanery.

I have Crystal Balls old fruit, I also foretold The Great LTV Valuations ConScam years ago. And while we're at it, let's also call a VERY abrupt end to the endless "forbearance" that all the Platforms seem to offer. If a Borrower hasn't paid nowt in 90 days there's a 90% chance they never will. WHEN will the Platforms learn this lending ultra basic, it's called business. Consultations by Appointment.  |
