i would just like to point out that even your secure funds can be made to work for you via bank accounts like santander 123, £20000@3% so do some reading up and make your cash work for you, if you are a none tax payer make sure the bank know that.

i started mid november, i have 34 loans, im not a big investor and wouldnt know how to set a bot up. i think SS was the easiest to diversify when i started but its much harder now the secondary market has more buttons to press than a jet fighter plane. i tried the SM earlier today and its slowly getting to be a total pain. i did get a little bit though. Hang about for a month...... I predict that the SM is about to get much easier to invest in..... i think you are right, but all the effort to stop bots really only made things harder for people who found they had more buttons to press, fastest finger first became fastest internet speed first

you might lose a couple of percent for a few months but over the lifetime of the isa i could still be worth it.

That's a shame. Lets see what AC come up with but if they don't (forum rules allowing?) I could upload a simple spreadsheet that could do the job ....... thanks duck, that would be very kind of you

how do i know what i have invested in, i can see loads of bits that i have bought but is it possible to see how much in total of each loan i have. really hope to find an easy way as going back through all the pennies. Do you have basic Excel skills? If you do setting up a spreadsheet takes about an hour and then you can simply export the data and paste it in as and when you want to. The only 'bigger' task is to add a new column each time a new loan is added. I updated my partners spreadsheet yesterday and it too less than 10 mins including adding a couple of new loans. no is the easy answer, i would have to learn a new skill and i am at an age i dont really want to, im an outside sort of person but could do it if i really had to if AC dont sort it then i will have to, thanks for the reply

It's not currently published but we're considering changing that. I'll ask the exec again now to keep it on the agenda. thanks

there isnt, its considered by ac a black box investment , you dont need to know it seems. I believe you can down load your investment history in a csv file and then apply filters and clever things but life is just to short and i am to crabby and old to be bothered to learn.Sorry been in bed for 48hrs, man flu,or probably black death or something non serious feeling a bit sorry for self and suffering sence of humour failure . or just crabby, lol thanks for the reply.

hence the question, i would probably leave it as i am close to having as much in MT as i want although if the right loan came up then that could change.

dont think its a reproduction as its on the artists own website, i just wondered if the version i am looking at is maybe different in some way to the one being valued. The one you linked to is pretty small (6x8) - my guess is the artist did a few originals in different sizes and that the MT thing is a larger one. true, it would be nice to know though

Those are reproductions (Ed has one of them hanging on the wall of Thing Towers iirc... on the inside I hope), the MT loans are secured against the originals. Thats an expensive copy dont think its a reproduction as its on the artists own website, i just wondered if the version i am looking at is maybe different in some way to the one being valued.
