All transactions stopped at 18.30 and did not start untill 8.30am and the first transaction was a sale.

I think the processes have stopped again as there has been no action since 05.28 this morning in my Gbb2 account and 21.22 in my MLA account

I think the processes have stopped again as there has been no action since 05.28 this morning in my Gbb2 account and 21.22 in my MLA account I'd say that it needs a kick, I've had no trades for 20 hours now and I've been seeing 3 cycles a day since the hardware upgrade.

It's temporarily shut down whilst the finance team work through a couple of problems that would be exacerbated by loan trades (we had some duplicate deposits come through the banking feed). Should hopefully be back up and running at some point today.

Would this issue also affect postings of repayments? I've had none since 18.33 Monday (2 days). Most unusual. I suppose I might simply not have had any come through but that''s unlikely with 200+ loans. The silence reminds me of another platform I'm on

Two days ago I like some other people could not log in. Last night I had a purchase request for loan 864 which has not happened overnight.

Just had a 504 gateway error, I cleaned my cookies two days ago when I was getting gateway errors.

I put some buy orders in 14 hours ago and they have not completed despite plenty of availability This problem is still happening

Seems to be a problem downloading transactions currently.
Whilst you can see transactions for a period on the screen the downloaded xls sheet only shows 3rd and 4th July. Changing the dates for download makes no difference. Checked on the 3 accounts I run and all have the same problem. I've reported the issue.

“ DUE TO ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE BEING CARRIED OUT BY BARCLAYS, OUR BANKING PARTNER, DEPOSITS INTO THE PLATFORM MADE BY FASTER PAYMENTS, WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AFTER 23:00 ON SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY. DEPOSITS MADE BY FASTER PAYMENTS DURING THIS TIME WILL BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED AS NORMAL ONCE THIS MAINTENANCE HAS CONCLUDED.” Is it just me or is it the case that: 1) The frequency of so-called essential maintenance is on the increase, 2) Did this latest notification appear before 23:00 04/01/20 or significantly afterwards, like sometime today, 3) Is this the first time there’s been no estimated time given for resumption of normal service. This was cobbled together after the fact. I called them this morning to see where the deposit I'd made early yesterday had got to and was told the fault must be with my bank. On pushing further, because I'd already called my bank who saw no problems at their end, they agreed to look into my missing transaction and came back to me with the message that there had been a problem with Barclays over the weekend. They put the banner up some time mid morning today. So this was not planned maintenance but a fault with the system which I suppose is why there is no end time given.

lara thx. Confirms my own suspicion/conclusion. “Economic with the actuality” is not a good look for AC to adopt! Would have been much better of AC to say something like “ Due to an issue at Barclays end faster payments since late Saturday evening have not yet been credited. Once Barclays have rectified the matter the backlog of transfers will begin to show in lender accounts”. That’s assuming it really is at Barclays end. Cue conspiracy theories. I agree. The message in the banner is uncharacteristically clumsy.

All resolved, technical fault at our bank's end that once they recovered from it our system didn't automatically recover (due to a configuration change at the bank's end - change of IP address that broke our firewall rules) and needed a little more work.
Sorry for any inconvenience. The system should have fully caught up now.

Sorry for any inconvenience. The system should have fully caught up now. Thanks chris. My money has just arrived. It was scary though when the bank tells me it's not their fault and AC initially said there was nothing wrong at their end either.... glad it's sorted now though.
