First 2 payments in, OK only £1.50 in total but every bit helps I thought you would have done better with your battery in the equation. I made 2p (twice as much as I have ever won spinning the wheel) on the first day when nobody was in the house. I have put that down to 'one of life's mysteries'. A more impressive £1.62p of transferred usage on the second one. It feels a bit like the three goes is it for the year, I had hoped they would embrace it more......

If not I've been diddled because for the session I was in for I ran the oven, washing machine and dishwasher all of which are not normally on between 1 and 2.

I was out for both of the first 2 and for the second it was sunny which limits how much I can push into my battery from the grid, on the second day even with the extra usage my bill before the refund is £1.50 of credit and that includes 61p of standing charge, My electricity Bill year to date is £-108 £-260 before standing charge as near as makes little difference £-1.10 a day. Yes I know I invested £8,500 to get that without the Solar the Bill would be around £570, so the return on 2/3 of a year is £678

If its as cold as today I might be tempted to put an electric heater on, guessing its not a glut of solar power.... Oddly I was telling 'the Staff' last night it was about the time of year to start moving the load to the 5pm till 7Pm slot in anticipation of saving sessions.

A little early for that, My Solar produced quite well today. I need to run dishwasher and washing machine , so both might as well run for free tomorrow as pay even at the cheap rate.

If you want to see your baseline usage for these free energy sessions savingsessions.streamlit.app/Free_Electricityoh and the DFS one savingsessions.streamlit.app/?bookmark then with the API key in makes life easier I have my results for the 4th session £3.07 to day not huge but it's 2 days normal winter usage last Winter ( 1 November to 31st March ) I spent in total £128 ( yes I did have electric turned on ) I received 69768 Octopoints from DFS sessions worth £87 so the 6 winter months effectively cost me £41 or 27p a day At the 1st April My Balance was £217, I turned my octopoints to cash, and withdrew £300, I've paid in £360, my balance is now £445 £217 + 75 ( spend some octopints on goodies ) £292 292+360 652 652-300 352 Gas Usage £79 Electricity usage £170 ( 80 usage 90 SC, usage is averaging 15p on flux) Electricity Export £325 Ripple payments £12 I still have mid August to mid September to come in so balance will increase, and will continue until mid october on rolling year Electricity has cost me £471 and I've earned £508 from export

I'm still on a standard tariff and looked at the smart tariffs (Agile) at the start of summer. At that time they had an evaluator tool that told you if you were on Agile, the difference you'd have paid between 2 dates that you selected had you been on it rather than your existing tariff. I cannot locate that tool now. Does anyone know where to find it?

Its sort of what I was after but this is only showing consumption, average price per unit and total price (presumably for agile tariff). The thing I used previously showed this compared to what I actually paid on my existing tariff and was available post log in from Octopus's site. It then showed for a given date range what you would've saved (or paid more for) v Agile tariff.

You are ahead of the game this time. I have not had the email yet. Must be said Saturday is a nice day for one, quite a few things I can get done.
