Tried to use 'contact us' on the Zopa site this morning (to complain about the forum closure and request my posts), failed twice with error 500. Instructions say if this keeps happening 'contact us'!
In the good old days I would have reported a problem on the forum....

I was offline yesterday, so completely missed the opportunity to get the myriad of useful information I had bookmarked off the forum. Disgraceful attitude towards some of their most committed, and potentially most vocal, customers. But then what's new. It's the final straw for me. The previous straws are (were?) well documented, so don't need repeating. My relationship with Zopa will have to continue until I can unwind my position completely, but it's a sad end to a nine year relationship. Thankyou to those forumers who made it fun throughout. zopaquotes will cease with immediate effect, unless someone wants to take it on. Edit to add: I will put my thoughts to contactus at zopa, but I doubt they'll even read it. Cheers Colin |

griceheadWelcome to this forum. I remember your comments from way back "over there". I've been doing a slow "Zexit" since soon after Safeguard was introduced imposed. Just looked at that spreadsheet. It shows me my G-mail address, which is one I never use and never asked for. Google just decided I should have it and attached my "name" taken from another address. Don't remember the Colin bit. You don't farm in Westerdale do you?

I had to google Westerdale to find out where it was I'm about as far South as you can go in Yorkshire without falling into either Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire.

Not sure I can be bothered to try again, Zopa has gone from my favourite, most trusted p2p site (and the one where I have substantial funds) to one where I don't know what they might do next with no warning. The forum was what made Zopa different and a real community, now it's just as faceless as all the other sites. Well done Zopa you have alienated your most loyal lenders. I have thought for a while Zopa were discouraging use of the forum, making the link hard to find on the main site, and refusing to post 'News' on the 'News' thread preferring to hide it on a blog somewhere. Now of course they can say not many were using it...

There's a Useful resources post at the top of the Zopa Board, elljay 's charts (thanks for fixing them recently) are there along with easteregg 's Zopa fees. gricehead everyone really appreciates your work on Zopaquotes! It's incredibly useful piece of work. Thanks  to everyone who has created them and continues to work on them or has in the past. Any others resources (are there some Stylish upgrades?) please post a link in the thread and I'll add it to the very first post. |

Is there a link for the spreadsheet that analysed the CSV from MLB, or is that not usable any more.
Sorry I can't exactly remember the authors names and guessing wrong will be bad. It was very much appreciated though:-)
