The spring is finally here, let’s hope it will bring us only positive new emotions and unforgettable memories! We at Grupeer are even more excited, as we are about to achieve new heights. In the meantime, let’s sum up what February 2019 had brought us! It’s the statistics time!

This month we have finished with EUR 2 276 850.00 of monthly investments.
- Our platform welcomed 1050 new investors.
- We have launched short-term loans. Now you can invest in loans from 3 to 12 months. 
- Average return rate this month was 13.08%; the default rate continues to be zero and there are no late payments of interest.
- This month we celebrated two years online. On 17th February 2017 Grupeer went online for the first time. Since then so many things happened and so many milestones were reached. Please, see the main facts below:

Profitability- Yes, the year 2018 was fruitful and we have reached our profitability. The exact numbers will be available in April, when all financial data will be published.
Growth- We have funded EUR 19 798 629.16 million of loans giving a chance to many businesses to expand their operations and we have paid EUR 827,600.42 of interest to passive income seekers.
5786 registered investors- almost 6000 investors chose to invest with us.
Expansion- Investors from 68 countries joined Grupeer family.
35 employees - we have expanded our team from 7 to 35 employees and moved to a nice office in the heart of Riga business center.
New features- we are constantly updating our website and its features and multi strategy Auto-Invest, new website design, as well as implementation of the phone support are among major improvements. Besides, we can now support you not only in English, but also Spanish, German and French.
Consistency- Our loan default rate still remains at zero level and the average interest rate is still above market average- 14.13%

Hi Victoria,

I was about to make my first deposit. I see that Groupeer used until recently to bank through Swedbank. However you recently switched to using a bank called Satchelpay UAB. 

You are going to say, "That is a properly registered bank in Lithuania" and that is as it may be. But I would like to know why you have changed your banking services provider from an internationally recognised one to this small and recently formed company?

Would you say that Groupeer investors are as safe transferring funds to Satchelpay as they were in trusting them to Swedbank? I am certainly hesitating after reading some investor forum allegations.

Dear investors,

From now on Swedbank clients are required to put their payments through additional anti-money-laundering procedures, that we were not capable to comply with in house, additionally our clients would be required to submit more documentation to prove their funds. Therefore we have decided not to complicate the procedures we had in place and decided to switch to Financial services companies. Additionally, we are in the process to make a partnership with another bank.

In regards to your doubts, caused by the change of the more recognized Bank to a recently formed company, we can confirm that there is no reason to worry, as each one of our new payment providers are carefully examined and are regulated by European Regulator as well as have appropriate documentation to conduct its business activities. My deposit via bank transfer is 11 days due?!

I have contacted Grupeer support 4 times already, but not receiving response or explanation except one reply "...have a nice day"?!

Wow, you must be very keen to use Grupeer. I think I might have gone elsewhere. I just took a look at their deposit page and I agree that's is not clear which account to use for which circumstances, or why there are multiple accounts.

Anyway, you've reminded me that I hadn't updated my payment details. I've been using Grupeer for a while, depositing via their previous bank account.  I've now tried to send them a small deposit as though I hadn't read about your difficulties to see how it goes. Like you, I send them euros from my Revolut account. I'm trying the ONPEX account as Revolut requires me to enter a destination country, and that's the only one of the three that has a country listed. Though, if I'd thought about it, I could have worked the country out for the others from the first 2 characters of the IBAN number, doh! (But really shouldn't need to do that).

I'll keep this thread posted on how it goes.
