Well it least from the email it sounds like they will be working over the weekend on this. Great timing, coinciding with such a monster of a loan hitting the market Wouldnt be so sure on that working over the weekend comment. Cruffs is on and its buy one pims get one free down at the club

I wonder if they worked backwards on the deposits.
I put in a second deposit at 0800 without much hope of it going through today. It was in before 0900.

My first thought when I saw this going on was that an ex employee from somewhere in the chain is now enjoying the high life on funds diverted via an account in the Caymans.

Having slept on it, overall I'm actually ok with everything and won't be withdrawing funds as others have said they would do.
The comms could definitely have been a lot better (acknowledge problem sooner and be less vague), but ultimately it was resolved reasonably quickly and professionally (in terms of the final result). I agree with whoever else said they are victims of their own success in terms of resourcing, and that points to a stronger not weaker platform.
Don't get me wrong, yesterday was super annoying and after a while I was beginning to flap, but in the end they got it together and that's what counts. In the meantime I'm looking forward to there being more good loans on the SM.
