My deposit was yesterday, around 11am mine too And me, but the cupboard was bare as far as my shopping list was concerned. However my view on life is that you can only really differentiate between good luck and bad luck with about 20 years hindsight. I'll pull it back out and put it where it was going anyway.

Woohoo...so there's some chance of the rest of my loan parts selling then....not that I'll be able to get the cash back til Mon. Actually ended up buying some SM stuff last night which was a novelty after all this time...here's hoping I don't come to regret it.  |

Maybe give it another hour just to be certain they have indeed screwed up, and then I'd contact SS both by phone AND email and kick some ass. Very frustrating for you both and others in the same position  Edit - an additional thought. Do you both use the same bank ? If so, could it be a problem at their end ?

I'm with Lloyds, i haven't worried about it (yet), I've learnt that "immediate" is subject to interpretation as far as SS are concerned :-)
